Good location. Average facilities.

I thought it was expensive. Property is tired and in need of renovation. Location excellent as just off the motorway. Restaurant only served pizzas (limited menu).

Our first and last stay at a Campanile hotel

There was a clean bed after a long journey. The staff kindly provided us with an evening meal in our room after we found the restaurant to be closed.

We picked this hotel due to having its own restaurant that was supposed to be open on Sunday night, when we arrived we found the restaurant was closed. The bedroom was very tired and paintwork/doors heavy scuffed. The room was lit with energy saving bulbs to the extent you couldn’t see properly. The bathroom needed attention i.e. the shower head and grouting. As there seemed to be little soundproofing, voices travelled from other rooms and outside. The secure parking was obviously being used by other nearby companies to park vans and cars, so not very secure for hotel guests. At 5.30 am we were woken by the voices of several hotel guests who were waiting in the car park. These looked like workers who were eventually picked up by someone outside the gates in a van.

Good location but the hotel needs updating.

Great location for a tour of the Vercors, nearby supermarket with fuel was handy. Breakfast was good and the staff very welcoming.

Room was a bit dingy, lots of ants getting in and only one pillow each.

Ok for one night.just not on a Sunday or Monday as everything around it is closed for food

The staff were so helpful for us and the secure parking was good.

The air conditioning did not work well. Hair dryer did not work. Stairs up to room outside the matting dangerous. Walking round the pathway by the stair husband nearly knocked himself out due to no warning about the staircase jutting out.

Perfect location for an overnight stop

The location was perfect close to the main road through Grenoble, on our route. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stop. Situated next to a supermarket and small shopping centre.

Great stop over on way to southern alps

Very handy just off the autoroute when heading to the Southern Alps. Supermarche, retail park and petrol just across the road. Plenty of parking, good breakfast, basic but clean comfortable rooms, motel style.

Close to motorway Decent food in restaurant

First room we were given had issues with plumbing which a plunger couldn't solve. Very unhygienic! Moved to another room which had same layout but better plumbing! Poor choice of eating places nearby

Excellent choice of breakfast ingredients and all fresh even though we dined towards end of breakfast time session. The parking was plentiful. Rooms were very quiet and well air conditiined.

Did the job as we wanted a quick getaway.

As an overnight stopover on the way to the alps it's very convenient for a quick early morning getaway. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet considering it's right next to the autoroute.

The worst customer service possible

This was part of a two week tour of Europe, due to Covid 19 every single hotel refunded the money except this one. They refused to even answer any emails. Utterly disgraceful on all accounts, would never use again and will ensure none of my friends or colleagues give them any business.

Parfaite pour mes besoins.

Le personnel étais vraiment très accueillant. La situation tout pres de l'autoroute et également tout pres d'une station service est vraiment tres bien.

Je préfère une douche qu'une baignoire. C'est plus écologique, plus ergonomique et plus rapide. Néanmoins cette salle de bain était très bien.

Très agréable séjour.

Chambre répondant à tous nos critères. Petit déjeuner au top et à un prix compétitif. Calme de la résidence. Emplacements de stationnement en quantité suffisante car nous avions une remorque. Sécurité du stationnement ( portail fermé )
