Good location comfortable beds friendly staff, proximity to tram.

there were chipped plates at the breakfast buffet. the wifi was not secure so could not be used on the work laptop

Restaurant/breakfast area is small and limited and rooms are small but neither of these things were an issue for me.

Great location and hotel but terrible cybersecurity

Location ideal and a staff and hotel is really nice

Before arriving I was contacted by scammers with personal information about my booking only provided to the hotel, the attempted to extort money but I realized it was a fraud. Somehow the hotel has terrible cybersecurity so that data is passed onto scammers and until that is fixed I can not rate the hotel any higher.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful city center

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hôtel Grenoble. It is a beautiful hotel in the city center from where you can walk everywhere. we loved the design of the room and the bed and sheets were extremely comfortable.

Wifi was not so good but didn't matter to us.

Decent hotel in the centre of town, but the immediate area was run down.

Comfortable bed, quiet room and free chilled water. Efficient staff. Car park was secure but expensive.

The location was close to the centre of the city, but the immediate area was quite run down and didn’t feel very safe at night. We were told it was not safe to leave our motorcycle parked in the street and were advised to park it in the underground car parked (@ Euro 19 per night).

We loved the fact that whilst the hotel doesn’t have its own gym, you got a voucher @ 10€ to train at the fitness park close by, it was great! Thank you for a lovely stay, friendly staff and great value for money!!

Fine, but worried about how secure our motorbikes were in the offered parking.

Good location, OK room, staff very nice, parking is in a local underground parking (not hotel's) where we were told that motorbike thefts were common when we arrived! Not very re-assuring.

Very quiet in middle of the center, very good beds. We did not take the breakfast because the room was not cosy and better and cheaper around the corner.

Excellent air conditioning. Shower and bath in deluxe room. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Bike storage in a cellar stairwell, accessible to staff but not the public. Very comfortable bed (one of the best on our trip). Soft bathrobes and large towels. 24 hr room service for snack-type meals. Large comfortable room with carpet. Small Juliette balcony overlooking the street, but exposed to the rain so we didn't use it. Huge smart TV.
