Place is trash.

Smelled like an ashtray. Rooms are extremely small.

Breakfast was trash, rooms were small, I could hear everything. Including a couple having sex for an hour.

Pleasant stay right in the center of Grenoble

Excellent location right in the center of Grenoble. Rooms were clean but sober. Parking facilities very good with access through hotel. Location parking needs some explanation (given by reception on paper). Breakfast excellent and complete.

Great location, great price, AC needs improvement.

The location couldn’t have been better. I studied in Grenoble way back when, and it was so convenient to the areas I wanted to see again. Very centrally located. I was able to walk to almost all of the places I wanted to revisit.

The air conditioning could have been better. That was the only downside for me. I’m very hot natured so I would have appreciated a better regulated temperature in my room. One room’s AC was broken and the other worked but didn’t provide much cool air. I was able to manage so it wasn’t unbearable, but could have certainly been better.

for some reasons we needed to pay more at the check in, e.g. Breakfast for the kids even it was mentioned in the booking.com voucher that this is covered. Seems that booking.com does not provide the right information to the hotel.

Waking Up to Joy: Birdsong, Blooms, Peaceful, Tasty, Perfect Breakfast :)

The location is perfect. On-site parking is excellent. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared (Thanks Maria! :) and served in a lovely spot surrounded by singing birds and beautiful flowers, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city! The hosts showed the perfect attitude when unforeseen issues arose.

I was very tired when we arrived and unfortunately discovered the shower was blocked — only after I was already undressed! Lesson learned: always check the water as soon as you check in. My son was exhausted and uncooperative, so the timing wasn’t ideal. Thankfully, the hotel management responded quickly and kindly, moving us to a room next door. These things can happen anywhere, even at home — what really matters is having someone willing to help, and their attitude was perfect.

Great central location. Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable bed. A good night’s sleep.

It was a bit tired and shabby. The bathroom smelt bad - drains or lack of use and stagnant water collecting in the u bend. The toilet needed a good clean! I’ve always rated an Ibis. Rather like a Premier inn. But this one had certainly seen better days!

Okay ish. Many would have found the absence of a lift a big no no.

Breakfast, staff, and location.

The main lift from the ground floor entrance up to the reception on the third floor was out of action for our entire stay. We are both elderly and it was almost impossible going up and down, especially with luggage. The outside appearance of the hotel entrance is also very shabby. Where are the little trees in tubs shown in the advertising. A pity really, because it’s otherwise a friendly and welcoming hotel at a good price.

Great location in center of town. Short walk to the bubbles that take you up to the fort. There is free parking overnight and Sundays in the streets close by.

View from window was onto the building next door, but i was only there to sleep and the price reflected the lack of view.

-the location was amazing! Just in the middle of the city centre - staff was very friendly and helpful - room was clean - a large bed, considering that it was a single room

-At my arrival, I was told that the room was ready for check in , so I went in and about 20 minutes later the cleaning lady opened my door without knocking(!), not knowing that I was in there and telling me that the room was in fact not ready. So I had to leave again and wait for a while. Unfortunately, there was no "do not disturb" sign available. -breakfast was fine, except for the fact that the empty containers weren't filled up again

Central location but the entrance was not clear to find. The staff were nice.

The hotel was just a little grubby. It wasn't overly clean. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom sinks. I would not stay here again. Maybe look at the Ibis Styles instead.

Easy check in and great location, very friendly staff.

There weren't enough electrical outlets in the room, I had to charge my phone in the bathroom so my friend could use the one next to the bed. I would prefer if there was one outlet in each side of the bed 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also some lights flickered or took a while to turn fully on.
