Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Bed linen and towels included. - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and vanity unit
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 2.5 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Annecy, in a very pleasant environment, close to both the old town and the lake. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

L’Amédée "We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great location 5 mins walk from the Lake, town and stations.
The apartment was modern and a good layout. Kitchen was very well equipped and spotlessly clean.
Aurelien met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful and walked us across to the private parking which was an added bonus.
It was unusual to us to have 2 en-suite shower rooms without w.c.’s and then 1 single w.c. off the hall but the system worked ok.
What beautiful surroundings in Annecy with lots of lovely restaurants and things to do - we had a wonderful time. O would highly recommend this apartment and visiting Annecy."

L’Amédée Spacious, very nice appartment near lake and city centre. bakery around the corner, good coffee nearby.
