El apartamento es una belleza y la ubicación excelente. Desde el balcón se ve la fachada del ayuntamiento. El descuento en el restaurante Le Savoyard también se agradece mucho.
El menaje era muy escaso para 5. Lo peor es que lo comunicamos através de booking pidiendo que nos facilitaran más vasos y tazas de desayuno ya que solo disponíamos de una y aún estamos esperando la respuesta a día de hoy. Muy mal gestionado. Menos mal que no tuvimos un problema más grave.

Appartement très propre, super bien placé en plein cœur du vieux Annecy. L'accès est facile, un parking souterrain est situé juste en face. L'appartement est très bien agencé et bien équipé.

Location
Communication is very poor 1. Pre stay zero communication and even got scam messages! When message to notify the scam zero reply ! Multiple messages and contacted booking.com and still zero 2. During stay having a hard time access the facility and no WiFi password provided , so requested to have WiFi access but zero reply 3. One inch dust around my bed although I informed to pay attention to be dust free ! I have allergy to dust mite , so hives all over my face and nasal congestion all night having no sleep with severe headache! Living room is better cleaned 4. No coffee provided but three naked coffee packets ( we have 4 people and for two night stay ) ! All can go by except the heavy dust in bedrooms ( begins night stands and under bed ) I have to clean up myself once I realized having allergy attacks 😓😓
