Great way to experience Annecy in the heart of the old town

It was a really nice and superbly located unit that was right in the heart of the old town of Annecy

It was a lovely stay and would love to come back.

It was a lovely stay. Kitchen had everything you need. Love that it had an elevator since we had big bags. The parking for the car was really close and convenient. We sat on both balconies. We didn’t have access to the AC.

Fantastic location but let down by lack of parking which was falsely advertised as being available with the property

Location superb, right in the heart of Annecy town centre

There is no parking provided - this was falsely advertised in the property facilities. The host suggests you park at a paid car park that is a significant walk from the property if arriving by car with lots of luggage to unload. Property is also slightly tired in areas.

fantastic apartment, well-equipped & great location - highly recommend!

fantastic central location in the charming historic part of town, very convenient location to Annecy animation festival venues, the Courier shopping center & train station. great water pressure and very hot water from the kitchen sink. well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need (toaster coffee maker, excellent condition fridge & stove/hob) plus tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils.

the dish washer filter had not been cleaned for a long time, so be sure to check at the start of your stay and if needed then clean it with dish washing liquid & hot water.

Perfect Apartment

Big apartment, with a balcony on either side of the building for sunshine all day! All the facilities you'll need and a great location! Decent shower and good that the 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of apartment.

There was only one key but we were 2 couples, meaning we had to organise timings on the odd occasion. But nothing that would put us off booking again!

Annecy a beautiful place to stay, eat and enjoy and the accommodation added to the enjoyment

The location was fantastic. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 6 of us.

The only things were no wine glasses😊 and while we found where the glass rubbish was to go we didn’t know how to open it.

Great location. Very clean and large enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. The balcony was lovely. Although the apartment was right in the centre it was still very quiet.

Outstanding Accommodation. Definitely Going BACK!

Very good view, Very good host response time. Very Clean, Spacious and It felt very homely. 16mins walk to the Imperial Palace and 7 mins walk to Lac Annecy. Two balconies, one by the kitchen behind, and one in front. It was just a excellent value for money. We were six and the accomodation was perfect.I thought the rooms were sizeable, the house was clean, it had a good view from the balcony. It had only one bathroom, but I think that was okay for us as colleagues who are used to each other at the office. I have nothing negative to say about this accommodation. A little Pricey for the time of the year, but we were there for the Annecy Animation Festival, so accommodation prices all over Annecy were definitely up significantly.

The decor was very tasteful, it was clean and very well equipped with good quality appliances. Very central location, only minutes from the old town and the lake

Exceed expectation, a beautiful and warm home away from home.

The interior design and decoration shows a fine and classy taste. The electrical appliance is by far the best and high tech of the accommodation i have been. (Special mention to the dryer and the oven). Room are more than spacious and the bed are so comfortable. The terrace are a great place to enjoy sunshine and breakfast.

More shower gel or shampoo would be wonderful.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel appartement

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et très bien décoré !

La seule chose que nous n’avons pas appréciée a été d’arriver après des occupants qui n’avaient pas respecté les lieux ! Le monsieur qui avait en charge le ménage a été adorable il a du faire un énorme travail pour le remettre en état ce qui a retardé un peu notre entrée mais peu importe nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très propre ! Nous avons du attendre un plombier deux jours pour pouvoir utiliser la chasse d’eau qui était cassée à notre arrivée mais là encore nos interlocuteurs ont fait de leur mieux ! Il y avait une forte odeur de tabac dans l’appartement qui a persisté durant tout notre séjour … il est vraiment regrettable que certaines personnes ne respectent pas le règlement.

Zu heiß im Sommer

Lage in der Altstadt, nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnung oberflächlich nett eingerichtet, gute Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler. Dafür gibt es auch genug Spülmittel, Waschmittel. Die Betten sind gut. Es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug.

Der Zugang ist nicht einfach, aber man bekommt Hilfe am Telefon. Die Schlüsselbox hatte keinen Aufkleber mehr. Im Sommer ist die Wohnung sehr warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, nur Ventilatoren. Diese ändern aber nicht die Temperatur. Tagsüber heißt es Jalousien runter, nachts Fenster auf, um zu kühlen. Das eine Schlafzimmer geht nach vorne zum Fussgängerdurchgang, wo sich kleine Restaurants, Bistros befinden. Es ist also bis 24.00 Uhr laut. Das andere Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof, dort gibt es einen Ventilator eines anderen Hauses. Das sollte man bei der Lage in der Altstadt berücksichtigen. Es gibt 2 Rollen dünnes Klopapier, eine Flasche Seife im Bad bei 2 Waschbecken. Die Wohnung hat 4 Sterne, den Anspruch erfüllt sie für mich nicht! Pflegeartikel fand ich nicht, keine Kosmetiktücher oder Papierküchentücher. Der Duschkopf sprüht in alle Richtungen, der Ventilator im Bad läuft nicht. An der Kette der Toilette fehlt der Griff. Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr klein. Die Möbel sind eher rustikal, nicht besonders hochwertig. Bettwäsche muss abgezogen werden, Müll entsorgt, wir wussten aber gar nicht wohin. Das ist bei Ferienwohnungen üblich, aber bei dem hohen Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr Komfort gewünscht. An der Wohnung wird viel Geld verdient aber nichts investiert.
