About this apartment rental

In the city center, large apartment of 93 m2, in a luxury residence, all comfort located in the hyper-center of Annecy (neighborhood Courier and station), very bright, spacious and quiet.

Bourgeois decoration with furniture and family memories.

Large balcony angle, to enjoy the view and have lunch, overlooking the Parmelan (1.856 m).

Located next to the train and bus station, it allows you to visit the old town on foot and have easy access to ski resorts and many summer and winter recreation.

Pedestrian access to all leisure and shopping including a large Monoprix (located above the shopping mall Courier), the cinema (Pathé Gaumont 10 rooms), the old town, the lake, the beaches, the bike path, etc.

A locked garage (2.10 m high and 4.70 m long) in the private parking of the residence allows you to leave your vehicle, your skis, toboggans, windsurfers, etc. safely.

Great apartment in convenient location

Great apartment in convenient location

We arrived in Annecy by train, so the location of the apartment near the station was very convenient for us. The apartment is in a residential area, but also right next to a very modern shopping centre (not noisy) which has some lovely shops and a handy supermarket. We didn't have a car, so walked everywhere with our two young children. It took us about 20min to walk to the lake via the old town. The apartment was clean, very nicely appointed, and was spacious with a large balcony. The owner met us at the apartment was very kind and helpful. We've been to Annecy a few times before, and love it, although August is a very busy time to visit. If you have young children and the weather's good, the lake beaches are great. The open air swimming pool is fantastic, with 3 pools, a toddler pool and a water jet play area; there's a restaurant, grassy areas to sit and play, on and it's really good value (by English standards!).

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage sehr zentral in Annency. Für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, das Zentrum ist nah und doch liegt die Anlage in einem ruhigen Viertel. Der See und das Umland wunderschön! Sehr zu empfehlen!

L'appartement est vaste et très bien situé : accès facile aux commerces (galerie commerciale à 50 m) ainsi qu'au centre historique d'Annecy et au Lac. Le grand balcon avec vue sur le Parmelan et le parking en sous-sol sont très appréciables. Les échanges avec la propriétaire se sont très bien passés et notre séjour a été très agréable. Le seul petit bémol est la chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte (ce qui était notre cas compte tenu des fortes chaleurs en août).

C'est un appartement superbe. Très spacieux, très confortable, très bien placé. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, un balcon immense. A deux pas de la gare, les commerces idem. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied. En plus j'ai été autorisé à faire installer un lit médicalisé. Franchement vous ne serez pas déçu par votre séjour.

Bel appartement meublé et décoré avec goût. Cette résidence très calme est située en centre ville et dotée d'un parking souterrain. Les rues piétonnes et les abords du lac sont à quelques minutes à pied. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine ce mois d'aout 2017, et même si la météo n'était pas à 100%, la vieille ville à 5 mn à pieds, la marche sur le VEYRIER (départ à 15mn), la plage de st Jorioz à 25mn de Vélo, le feu d'artifice pour la fête du LAC à 5mn et même visible pour les parties aériennes depuis le balcon, nous ont enchantés. L'appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, avec une magnifique et grande terrasse en vue sur la montagne parfaite pour un joli et calme petit déjeuner ou diner, situé aux abords d'un petit centre commerciale très pratiques, il est facile d'accès, sécurisé par différent digicodes et dispose (arme redoutable à Annecy) d'un parking souterrain boxé qui a su accueillir notre voiture (7 places) et nos 4 vélos. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très sympathique, ils nous ont aidé pour nos bagages et nous ont gratifier d'un cadeau d'accueil. je recommande vivement cette location, que nous réutiliserons sans doute pour un autre séjour. encore merci pour tout....

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. L'appartement est très bien situé. Agréable avec de grandes pièces, terrasse avec vue sur les montagne,magnifique.la propriétaire souriante et accueillante et dispo si besoin. L avantage c est en plein centre.Pas besoin de la voiture.tout peux se faire à pied. Ville et alentours magnifiques.nous y retournerons sans problème et dans le même appartement. Nath et gilles

Appartement très spacieux, très bien équipé et propreté impeccable. Terrasse immense équipée de stores électriques pour se protéger du soleil. Il manque peut être d'1 ou 2 chaises longues ou fauteuils relax pour profiter pleinement du calme de la terrasse. Idéalement situé: 3 min à pieds de la gare, au dessus du centre commercial et des cinémas et à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville et ses nombreux restaurants. Le lac est à 800 m. Situation idéale pour découvrir Annecy. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Si vous venez en voiture, la place des Romains (parking gratuit) est à 500 m. Possibilité également de se garer au sous sol. Propriétaire très accueillante(merci encore pour les chocolats). Je recommande vivement.

Grand appartement bien situé, belle terrasse, beaucoup de chambres, deux salles de bains, température idéale toute la journée, propriétaire très agréable. Tout le monde était ravi. Seul bémol : des lits un peu durs et des travaux à l'étage supérieur la semaine de notre séjour.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, et le balcon, sans vis-à-vis. Merveilleusement situé, à côté des commerces et tout près du centre, il profite du soleil dès le matin. La propriétaire est en plus de cela accueillante et disponible. Vraiment, sans défaut!
