Clean, well equipped apartment with a shower in each room.
The ground floor apartment although was advertised with outdoor space it was quite overgrown and not really usable.

The place is neglected, I felt like I sleeping outside. Dirty very basic level of furniture. Like sleeping in an IKEA branch. And the apartment owners are terrible, you can't talk about anything and they don't respond. The place is beyond criticism. I wanted to leave the way I came. Also, they do not meet the description. There are three (dirty) showers and one (dirty) toilet.

Very central Annency apartment
Great central location. 5 minute walk to the lake. Nice to have ensuite shower in each room.
Problem we had was that we stayed during a very hot June weather spell. Because of no airconditioning the room temp at night was uncomfortable. The host was kind enough to supply a fan.

Комфортная квартира недалеко от озера.
Просторная чистая квартира. Со всем необходимым (моющие средства, стиральный порошок и капсулы для посудомойки. Небольшой запас специй и крупы) До озера и старого города минут 10 спокойным шагом. Заезд был гибким и нам разрешили заселиться раньше, это было очень кстати, потому что одна из дочерей неважно себя чувствовала. Спасибо за это. Влалелец и его команда были всегда на связи и быстро реагировали на вопросы. Залог в 500 евро вернулся на следующий день. Это тоже очень профессионально.
Перед заездом пришло сообщение о правилах дома, очень негативное. Мне кажется можно его сделать более мягким, без угроз полицией и прочим) В целом все было гораздо спокойнее, чем это гневное сообщение вначале) В одну из ночей (с воскресенья на понедельник) не знаю что происходило, было очень шумно, какие-то компании ходили под окнами до 3х ночи. Пели, слушали музыку, громыхали чемоданами. Как будто студенты какие-то приезжали. В остальные 2 ночи было тихо. Но возможно это какое-то единоразовое стечение обстоятельств
