About this apartment rental

In the city center, large apartment of 93 m2, in a luxury residence, all comfort located in the hyper-center of Annecy (neighborhood Courier and station), very bright, spacious and quiet.

Bourgeois decoration with furniture and family memories.

Large balcony angle, to enjoy the view and have lunch, overlooking the Parmelan (1.856 m).

Located next to the train and bus station, it allows you to visit the old town on foot and have easy access to ski resorts and many summer and winter recreation.

Pedestrian access to all leisure and shopping including a large Monoprix (located above the shopping mall Courier), the cinema (Pathé Gaumont 10 rooms), the old town, the lake, the beaches, the bike path, etc.

A locked garage (2.10 m high and 4.70 m long) in the private parking of the residence allows you to leave your vehicle, your skis, toboggans, windsurfers, etc. safely.

We arrived in Annecy by train, so the location of the apartment near the station was very convenient for us. The apartment is in a residential area, but also right next to a very modern shopping centre (not noisy) which has some lovely shops and a handy supermarket. We didn't have a car, so walked everywhere with our two young children. It took us about 20min to walk to the lake via the old town. The apartment was clean, very nicely appointed, and was spacious with a large balcony. The owner met us at the apartment was very kind and helpful. We've been to Annecy a few times before, and love it, although August is a very busy time to visit. If you have young children and the weather's good, the lake beaches are great. The open air swimming pool is fantastic, with 3 pools, a toddler pool and a water jet play area; there's a restaurant, grassy areas to sit and play, on and it's really good value (by English standards!).

The apartment is very nicely situated, it's close to the station and the center of Annecy.It hads a great terrace and it's very quiet, perfect for a relaxing week on the lake. It has a garage where you can park and an elevator. Will definitively come back.
