Great location. Only a short walk from the bus/train station and a short walk into the main area/lake. Lovely apartment with lots of amenities. Annecy and the surrounding area are exceptionally pretty with lots to do.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore beautiful Annecy on foot. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and convenient. Parking was available in a nearby parking garage about 200 meters away, which worked well. We also appreciated having coffee provided, and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment. Annecy is a truly beautiful city, and this apartment is a great base for exploring it.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. There was not enough toilet paper provided for our stay, so we had to buy more on the second day. The bedroom, which has no window, became quite warm with poor air circulation. Although there was a portable air conditioner, it was not powerful enough to keep the room cool and was very noisy.
