Fantastic appartment a short walk from the centre

There was underground parking. The appartment was spacious, well-equipped, nicely decorated. A short walk from central Annecy.

Even though the appartment was on the 6th floor, the road noise was quite loud. There was no air-conditioning, and with the summer temperature in the high 30s, you had to have the windows open, which let in the noise. Not a big deal.

Fabulous stay in Annecy

Beautiful and spacious apartment in great location. Many shops & restaurants close by & short walk into Old Town. Very well equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Nadia was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier. Highly recommend!!

Very good - would come back!

The beds were comfortable, that's always important to me! Bathrooms were clean, toilet paper provided. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything you needed. The living area is very spacious - very comfortable to stay there will multiple people. The communication was great. No problems with the key exchange. They were also very accommodating. It definitely helped that we also spoke French, but I got the feeling that even if we hadn't, we could have muddled by. Location makes it very easy to walk into the city center, lots of great restaurants.

The parking was good. My suggestion would be to include the 10 Euro / day in the price of the apartment and not ask for that extra/separate. We were there while it was still pretty chilly at night, so we had the windows closed. I could imagine that in summer, if you had the windows open, the street noise could be a problem. Still - I'd risk it and stay again and just bring earplugs.

Bon séjour !

La situation de l'appartement était parfaite, et la possibilité du parking privé était aussi appréciable qu'indispensable. Le logement est spacieux. L'accueil de Nadia était très chaleureux et parfait. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et les salles de bain très bien. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le quartier : pharmacie, petit supermarché, etc.

La chaleur dedans a été insupportable. A notre arrivée vers 16H00 il faisait 37° (période de canicule mi aout) dans l'appartement dont les fenêtres étaient toutes ouvertes à notre arrivée et aucun volet baissé ... sur les 2 nuits la première a été insupportable, la 2ème moins pire car nous avons fermé toutes les fenêtres et baissé les volets dès le matin pour que la chaleur n'envahisse pas l'appartement en journée avec le soleil qui tapait, mais il faisait quand même 31°. L'appartement manque cruellement d'une climatisation.

L'excellent accueil et la disponibilité de Nadia. Le confort du logement. La proximité du centre-ville et la possibilité de mettre la voiture dans le garage ( avec un tout petit supplément)

Lækker lejlighed

Rigtigt lækker lejlighed, godt møbleret, køkkenet fungerer godt, rigeligt plads til os som var 5 mennesker. To badeværelser. Adgang til parkering i kælderen under huset til en bil. Ligger 7-8 minutter fra gamle by til fods. Indkøb tæt på. God hjælp til at komme ind med nøgle og intro. Godt tv.

God lejlighed i Annecy

Det var en dejlig og veludstyret lejlighed med god plads og den lå centralt.

Lejligheden havde ventilatorer som beskrevet, men under den hedebølge vi oplevede, blev det svært at holde en behagelig temperatur uden aircondition.

Gute Unterkunft.

Geräumig und hell, 2 Bäder plus extra WC. Passt für 6 Personen, wobei die Betten nu 1,40m breit sind. Gemütliches Retro Interieur mit vielen Spielen, LPs und Plattenspieler, zwei TVs (nicht so steril wie die meisten Flats). Aufzug. Gute Lage, Supermarkt gegenüber und nicht weit zur Altstadt und zum See.

Zur Straße gelegen, Verkehrslärm immer präsent. Kein Deckenlicht in den Schlafzimmern. Kein Balkon.
