The Golden white, Annecy

Lovely flat easy to find and enter. Great clean and modern decor with all amenities like coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. Fans in each room to help with the hot weather. 20 mins walk into town so nice and quiet location but still with amenities nearby.

Outdoor space could have been designed a bit better to make it more useable. Couldn’t fit around the table on the balcony. Minor issue - was a really lovely place and good communication with the host.

Zona comoda e tranquilla, con facilità di parcheggio, almeno in questo periodo. L’appartamento è spazioso e nel complesso confortevole. Sono presenti due bagni, entrambi senza WC, che si trova in un locale separato.

Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento ordinato, ma purtroppo non sufficientemente pulito: c’erano polvere, molliche e lenzuola macchiate, tanto che ho dovuto rilavare tutto. Anche i cuscini erano di qualità modesta e poco confortevoli.Inoltre, sotto il divano era presente molta sporcizia e, poiché lì doveva dormire mio figlio, questo ha creato un certo disagio. Con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e a questi piccoli ma importanti dettagli, l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore e l’accoglienza più curata.

Parking was hard to find. Ran out of toilet paper

The owners are very nice people and allowed to stay for very late check out for free due to unforeseen circumstance which both parties could not predict nor prevent. That is really highly apprecited

There is parking inside the property’s fence but it is always full when needed and had to park on the street. Take it from me, if you are a tourist, never park on street otherwise you might badly regret it. I cannot tell if the entire area is safe to stay. It was very hot weather, no ac no fan were available but i understand it was middle of heat wave. The owner promised to provide fan but that will be for the next guests
