perfect stay for Annecy

nice apartment, kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and nice. keys pick-up went great. there is a parking space free in front of the building. bakery etc is on walking distance. even centre of Annecy is possible to walk, or take the bus for EUR 1.50

think twice before renting in this entire area (Annecy)

The owners are very nice people and allowed to stay for very late check out for free due to unforeseen circumstance which both parties could not predict nor prevent. That is really highly apprecited

There is parking inside the property’s fence but it is always full when needed and had to park on the street. Take it from me, if you are a tourist, never park on street otherwise you might badly regret it. I cannot tell if the entire area is safe to stay. It was very hot weather, no ac no fan were available but i understand it was middle of heat wave. The owner promised to provide fan but that will be for the next guests

Lovely appartment having all necessary amenities. Around 20 minutes walking distance to the centre of Annecy. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Très bien, je recommande.

Très propre et récent, équipements au top, indications claires pour l’entrée dans le logement logement, et il est très facile de se garer autour (très peu de places devant mais les rues alentours sont gratuites et il y a de nombreuses places libres).

Pas de rideau dans la salle de bain avec baignoire.. rien de grave mais on en met partout !

Avec mon amie, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy,dans ce très bel appartement

très bon emplacement, assez proche du centre et du lac(1/2 heure à pieds) 2 salles de bain, associées à chacune des 2 chambres appartement clair,joli,propre literie très confortable quartier et résidence très calme un petit balcon, sympa pour manger dehors...à 2 ou 4 mais un peu petit pour 6

Pour nous(nous étions 2 et ne sommes restées que 2 nuits),ce n'était pas un problème,mais il manque de quelques "ustensiles "en cuisine: 1 "cloche" pour le micro-ondes, des maniques. Dans la salle de bains où il y a la douche(dans l'autre c'est une baignoire),la ventilation est un peu bruyante et vu qu'elle est associée" à la lumière…. A voir s'il n'est pas possible de mettre ,comme dans l'autre salle de bains, une lumière en plus(près du miroir) Mais ce n'est pas trop gênant...

Ubicación mala. Difícil aparcar. No recomendable para más de 4 adultos. Al ser un bajo y sin rejas, no seguro.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, décoré avec gout et très propre. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ce qui est pratique quand on voyage à 2 couples

nous avons aimé la situation géographique, la grandeur de l'appartement, le confort, la propreté, les équipements pour cuisiner, le calme de l'environnement, le parking gratuit, l'accueil de nos hôtes très réactifs à nos messages lorsqu'il y avait une situation à régler.

l'appartement est très chaleureux , tout les produits nécessaire y était (cuisine : sel, poivre , liquide vaisselles ,éponge , salle de bain : savon , shampoing , gel douche ), ainsi que un lit parapluie et une baignoire bébé que nous avons apprécié l'emplacement est a 30 minutes a pied du centre touristique
