Great location to beaches on the lake and Annecy Town

Great location on the lake, easy to walk everywhere and good size accommodation.

It was clean but more comfortable white linen would be nicer. Larger bath towels would be a nice touch also.

Great apartment

Lovely, spacious apartment with everything we needed for a few days exploring Annecy and around the lake with a dog and baby. Easy to access via lockbox, the parking and garden area was great too

The outside decking felt a bit rickety, and the road can be a bit noisy with windows open

Pleasant place with wonderfull view!

Great place with wonderful view of the lake. It is a walking distance to the old town but has a bus stop very close (use line 13 to go to the city). The hosters reply fast and are nice people! Place has all the things for a nice and pleasant stay. Hopefully we will return here next year!

Localização excelente, com vista fantástica. Amplo estacionamento privativo. Apartamento muito confortável para 4 pessoas, com camas para todos, sem usar sofá-cama. Banho muito bom. Apartamento muito bem equipado. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Conforme estava anunciado, apartamento fica no primeiro andar sem elevador, além de ter escadas do estacionamento até a entrada do prédio. Se você tiver dificuldade com isso será um problema.

Appartement tres bien situé. Juste a cote du centre d’Annecy a pied. Parking inclus avec l’appartement. Très bien équipé. ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, linge inclus etc…). Tres bien agencé et plus grand que ce que nous pensions. Tres tres propre. A recommander vivement .

Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné a čisté. Určitě bychom se vrátili.

Velmi příjemné ubytování hned u jezera. Krásná relaxační zóna v zahradě a na terase. K dispozici vše co je třeba i na vaření. Pobyt jsme si užili.

V bytě není klimatizace a jsou zde jen teplé peřiny. Bylo by dobré pořídit alespoň síťku do oken proti komárům.

Un appartement avec une jolie vue , tout proche du lac

La vue La partie extérieure pour déjeuner La proximité du lac Le centre d’Annecy à 20 mns à pied La gentillesse des hôtes

Juste à savoir: La seconde chambre est dans l’entrée( plus proche « du coin montagne »),et le bruit du compteur peut incommoder les plus sensibles pendant la nuit.

Localisation parfaite, superbe vue, pratique avec le parking, accepte les chiens

Manque une climatisation (qui va apparemment être installée en juin) et refaire la terrasse en bois qui n’est pas très rassurante

magnifique séjour au bord du lac

magnifique appartement, décoré avec goût, équipé parfaitement pour passer un super séjour ; de plus les propriétaires ont permis à notre petit chien de passer ses premières vacances !
