The city was nice and the apartment was nice with the shortcomings mentioned

Annecy was great but apartment was let down by a few failings.

Location for the town was good. Had a light and airy feel and the balcony was good to sit out on. Showers and hot water supply were good. Parking in the apartment was a bonus.

It was on a very busy main road and it was very noisy with the windows open and without the windows open there was very little ventilation in the bedrooms. The apartment was advertised as having Air con but this was only in the Kitchen/ Breakfast area and not in the bedrooms making the ventilation in the bedrooms more of a problem. One of the bedroom windows could not be opened without moving the bed. A shower in one bedroom has ben added to make it ensuite but this has taken up the wardrobe area and being a small room now compromises the space available. Only half of the blinds worked in the main room and therefore sleeping was compromised as daylight flooded the room from 6.00am onwards. The floors and balcony floors were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned/washed for some time. Some of the sockets didn't work and the fixtures and fittings were cheap one lamp was broken with bare wires exposed.

after travelling and staying in lots of self catering properties in Italy and France, this was the only one to be mean…. half a toilet roll, no water in the fridge, no coffee pods for the machine AND only provided dirty used sponge/cloth for the kitchen when only staying 2 nights you would expect enough loo roll!

A clean, modern good sized apartment in good central location. well equipped- Had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful.

Not a big issue but the apartment is beside a fairly busy road which does make sitting on the balcony a little less relaxing and the road can be heard in the bedrooms (although this wasn’t much of an issue).

Very clean, great size, super location in center. Awesome to have parking, gated and secure onsite. We ordered breakfast thru marc and it was delivered at 8.30am as requested. Super place. Really loved it and can't wait to return to beautiful Annecy!

Spacious apartment with part view of Lake Annecy. 5-10 minute walk to town. Good security & lock up garage in underground car park. Our friendly host Marc was extremely helpful & gave us some good local recommendations & must sees. We would stay here again.

Le bruit extérieur. Il est au bord d’un boulevard. Impossible d’utiliser la terrasse , trop sale. Ménage pas top ! Ampoules défectueuses.

L'accueil était parfait. Le logement est très bien situé et confortable. Un tout petit mieux à faire sur le ménage mais très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appart avec vue ! Gros plus le parking !

אין לי יות מדי מה לספר, הגענו רק ללילה אחד וזה ענה על הציפיות שלנו. המארח היה ממש נחמד ונתן הסבר על כל מתקני הדירה. במרחק הליכה מהאגם, זה היה מאוד נוח ולא נאלצנו להשתמש בתחבורה ציבורית.

המזרן והכריות היו ממש לא נקיות, שיערות וכתמים וזה היה לא נעים. אני רושם את הביקורת הזאת כדי שתשפרו בעתיד. הרבה ציוד של אורחים אחרים בארונות והציוד בארונות היה די מבולגן ולא קשור אחד לשני. החניה קטנה, אבל אפשר להסתדר.
