Don't think you are getting the apartment as advertised YOU ARE NOT. Very Dirty,Old,Ants in lodge.

Location yes.Nothing after that.Host will answer the phone and messages but will do absolutely nothing after that ????

Apartment was very very dirty indeed.The outside area was old, dilapidated and did not meet our expectations nothing like as advertised on Booking.com. All the outside furniture was either broken or very old .Parasol broken in bits left on the floor.Decking dirty, old and very dangerous. Ants in the apartment .Bedding quilts stained dust everywhere.Sofa bed mattress stained.Outside furniture cushions stained. Please look at the photos on booking.com etc.Be prepared for a shock when you arrive. The management company do not want to know.We stayed five nights and from the first day and every day we contacted them and they absolutely did nothing to improve anything whatsoever. I have tried my best since we have returned home to speak to them also Booking.com they don't answer at all. I have contacted Booking.com all about this, sent photographs, emails etc and guess what "nothing" This i believe is a true and accurate description of Oural rent lodge Annecy during 23/06/25 - 27/06/25. I have tried to upload the awful photographs of this lodge but the Booking.com will not accept them ??????? I will put them on Trip advisor under Oural rent lodge Annecy. Please take a look Thankyou. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful town of Annecy.

The apartment was perfectly located and met all the needs we required. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a smell in the bathroom, we were unsure of where it came from (possibly the drain or could be something else).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIRTY, AND NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!

Nothing to like - the accommodation was not ready at check-in time - it was dirty and didn't have any bedding. In addition, multiple lights were burned out and one of the bedrooms did not have any functioning light source. Avoid at all costs.

Awesome location. Comfortable apartment. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Had a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom. Notified host via app but they were slow to respond. Luckily the leak stopped dripping water.

Lovely modern characterful apartment in a great location

Great location very close to old town and lake. The bedrooms had very comfortable double beds with plenty of good quality linen and also very thick curtains to keep the light out. Good quiet air con in all rooms. Lovely to have outside space in such a central position.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for sitting for too long. Bathroom drainage was a little smelly. Access to the lovely terrace was via two steps and through a window.

Only one thing- not enough toilet paper. When we asked for more toilet paper, we had to go to your office to get it rather it be delivered. We didn't think that was good customer service.

Great location, great appartement, great stay !

Perfect location, very well and tastefully decorated, well equipped beds were very confortable amazing terrace. Perfect place for a short stay.

Very few negatives however there was occasionally a rather nasty smell from the bathroom drains and the coffee machine was not very clean, had water in that seemed to have been there a while. Very miner problems though.

emplacement parfait et idéal proche du vieux Annecy. Petit appartement cosy. Nous étions 6, un peu "coince" mais pour une nuit, c'est largement suffisant. Nous avons également apprécié la distribution des clés via digicode, simple, rapide et efficace.

- grande terrasse mais le parasol est cassé. Il est posé au sol en trois morceaux. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la terrasse, sans parasol c’est impossible. - très peu de verre même pas deux verres à vin… -micro-onde sale à notre arrivée ainsi que les casseroles, et le frigo. Partie freezer plein de glace. Nous avons dû tout nettoyer. Nous avons retrouvé des pièces de jeux sous le canapé ainsi que des cacahouètes sous la table dans la pièce à vivre. -La pomme de douche ne fonctionne pas , seule la partie supérieur fonctionne. - distributeur de savon cassé accroché au mur

Manque divers pièces de cuisine( verres, poignée de casseroles et petites cuillères, ciseaux,papier aluminium et papier sulfurisé) Importante poussière sous les lits et vmc de cuisine.
