On n'entend pas le bruit de la rue, alors que la circulation est très importante
l'appartement est fonctionnel, mais il manque d'âme. La déco et le caractère cosy pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour plus chaleureux : tapis au sol, plus de coussins, repose-pieds. Les chaises ne sont pas nombreuses et pas si confortables.
Beaucoup trop cher pour deux personnes seulement, mais sans doute bon prix pour 5 occupants.

The owner Marc was charming and very helpful. But so he should be taking in over €400 a night for this property.
Good bedding, towels, crockery and so on.
Nice choice of tv stations and good internet.
It’s in a concrete block on an estate of concrete blocks on the ring road at the edge of town. Middle of nowhere. Very basic and box like. Tiny balcony. Really is a two bed with a sofa bed that would take up all the living space if used.
All that would be ok if the price were reasonable. But this is just €100 less per night than Villa Lisa which is in a different class.
