Right in the heart of the old town (Place SAINTE CLAIRE); on the most popular square in old ANNECY, a fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony.
You can do everything on foot—visit the lake and the castle, and stroll through the downtown pedestrian streets, along the Thiou River, and past the historic canals.
The bus station and the train station are a 5-minute walk away.
An ideal location to enjoy ANNECY and have an unforgettable vacation.
The apartment is accessible by elevator from levels -1 and -2 of the SAINTE CLAIRE municipal underground parking garage (short-term parking passes available—check with the manager), otherwise, free parking is available on a few nearby streets (Faubourg des Balmettes, Rue des Jardins, etc.)

This was a perfect location, at a great price, for exploring Annecy and for being in the heart of the old town. There was enough space for our family of five. Patrick responded quickly to questions and everything was as described. If you're looking for a location in the heart of Annecy, this is a great option!

Lovely place, very central and perfect for families. Lovely atmosphere to be in the hustle and bustle of old town annecy but also very conveniently placed. Would recommend

This was a stopover visit for us before going onto a wedding - we spent 3 nights and days and it definitely isn't long enough! The apartment was exactly as described and would suit a couple or family.
Lots to see and do, underground parking with direct access to apartment block was good.
Hope to return next year at some time.
