APARTMENT 2 bedrooms/ 6 beds: 5 minutes by car from the lake. Apartment 70m2 comprising 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160cm + 1 Chromecast TV, 1 other bedroom 4 beds: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 independent kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven..., 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate toilet, 1 large living room / dining room with corner sofa and television and long balcony to have a coffee or relax on a deck chair. Apartment with shared wifi. Located on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure residence with elevator and bicycle room, many free parking spaces around the residence. Close to a crossroads market, bakery and doctors (300m). Ideal location on foot, by bike or by car: the lake (beach) at 1.5km or 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike, the Courrier shopping center in the city center at 1km or 10 minutes on foot and the Palais de L'Isle (restaurants, museum, canals) at 1.5km on foot. You will find less than 10 minutes walk from the bowling alley, and 15 minutes walk from the swimming pool, tennis courts and ice rink.

We loved this apartment. It is bright, airy and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and is equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, etc. It is also walking distance to Annecy’s old town and right next door to a little grocery store that has everything. Nicolas, the landlord, was very nice. Our only complaint is that the apartment was lacking in some essential supplies, most notably, additional toilet paper. Once the one roll that was there ran out, we had to go to the store to get more. Thankfully, the store is close by! I was able to do one load of wash in the washing machine (so great to have that in the apartment!) but I used up the last drops of the detergent they supplied; that too was running low. There was only one dish towel; at least two would have been nice. There were no napkins or paper towels. I didn’t find an iron. I would not let these details deter you from staying here, though. It really is very nice and I would hope that not having everything well stocked was just a one-time lapse.

The apartment is not too far from the old town, lake, and there’s a small grocery store next door. Bright and bigger than expected. Nice little balcony overlooking the street. Nicolas was very helpful and responsive. We would certainly stay again.
