Perfect location and was good for 3 people for 1 night. It would be great for a couple for longer stays. The apartment is stocked well and space is carefully thought out .
Apartment was still quite warm in October and no proper air conditioning was a bit challenging when trying to sleep. The fan helped though. The 3 flights of stairs were not a big issue for us (we welcomed the exercise) but it may be a problem for some.

A little loud at night on a weekend but that's to be expected

Location was amazing Really clean and well appointed , has everything you need.
The air con was a-bit tricky as you have to keep the window a bit open for it to work fully.

It’s a clean tiny place in the center of the city, suitable for single traveler or a couple. Responsive owner.
What I didn’t like is - it should not be advertised available for party of 4 adults. You can barely fit 2 people with the luggage in there.
