Lovely cute place and well thought for guests .

Great location and access to shops, restaurants, walks, parking, train station.

We didn’t have any issues in particular but the property has stairs, so you have to be fit

Fabulous location, exceptionally clean and well equipped apartment and welcoming and helpful host.

Bedding (sheets and pillows) could have been better quality and the towels, though clean, were a little stale and musty.

Right in the center of Annecy - there is no better location: close to restaurants, shopping and the lively lake

Kitchen area is really tiny … for 3 people a bit a challenge. For some days we could arrange … for a longer stay it would have been difficult.

Wonderful location in Annecy

PERFECT location in old town for a short stay, great location for cafes, night life, and exploring the city directly across from Notre Dame. Excited to have a washer (no dryer but drying rack). Tiny but well appointed kitchen & spaces. I liked there toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom. Excellent instructions on how to get there and enter. Most of the appliances are easy to use and er eat happily surprised with a washer. There was a newly opened Monoprix next door that was nice to pick up up food and drinks.

Parking as expected was off-site and we found some public garage access easily so plan to add that cost and transporting luggage there. We packed for our 1 night in a small bag so that helped. 3 steep flights up to apartment so you have to plan your trips accordingly. Could help w instructions for appliances. I spent a lot of time figuring out the washer and never figured out the stove. Especially since the expectation is to wash the dishes the dishwasher should have been explained in multiple languages (fortunately it was intuitive but I was nervous since the stove never came on.) Also had an issue w the AC unit blowing hot air into the apartment. We woke up so hot, my husband figured it out at 4am but would have been great to have instructions. Could have used an extra blanket. The pull out couch was small and stiff but my kids were able to use it.

A cosy stay in the best location. Small and compact place but kitchen well stocked, good shower!

The hosts were overall really friendly and responsive, the welcome message with directions was very clear once we had received it and the location was brilliant

Having requested check-in between 1-2pm, we walked around lost for about an hour with our kids as we couldn’t get through to the hosts and weren’t sure where to go. Eventually we found a cafe nearby and waited there. At 3pm we received a very nice and clear welcome message on WhatsApp with directions, photos and the codes needed to get in which was great, just would have been useful for us to know the details earlier or that our requested time wouldn’t be possible. Otherwise great!

Wish we could have stayed longer. Great location, hugely characterful entrance and stairway to property, followed by the convenience and comfort of a modern apartment. Loved our stay here and would love to return.

There was no key and we couldn't get into the property. The check in time was 4pm and we got there at 7pm and there was no key and later after we had booked in elsewhere wwe were sent a message saying they had changed our apartment. We have still not had a full refund.

Great location and a large roomy apartment.

The location was amazing in the centre of town and the apartment was large and was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and amenities etc.

The apartment is in a very old and traditional building that is limited with renovation options and so there is an extremely tight spiral staircase that makes checking in with heavy bags a bit difficult. We accepted that there was no lift but didn't realise that access was restricted.

Superb location but too many stairs.

The location was superb. Facilities were good. Washing machine always a bonus when travelling abroad.

On booking I thought I was getting a different room to the one we received. Their is no way I would book a room with the bed pushed up against a wall in an internal room with no air circulation. Plus I missed the fact we were up a very narrow spiral staircase especially when my husband was having mobility issues and we had to get our suitcase up the stairs.

Location was perfect, just beside the old town area and near the bus station.

When I made the reservation, there was clear information that breakfast is included and airport shuttle arranged (free of charge). Breakfast could have been ordered by extra cost, and airport shuttle was not existing. The host said that there is no free breakfast in french site and no airport shuttle. Also booking.com claimed that there is no breakfast or airport shuttle in the reservation confirmation. However, they were there when I was choosing and reserving the apartment (airport shuttle is actually still there in english pages). Finally, all the information in the room were in french only.

Great spot, close to everything

Really superb location right in the heart of the old town. Note it is a medieval style building with narrow winding staircase, but for us it was worth lugging the the suitcase up!. Compact but well equipped and loved the rain shower.

Nice stay in modern apartment

We enjoyed the location of the apartment (COUR). It is in the city center, but our window faced the inner yard, so we didn’t hear the noise from outside and church. The apartment is modern, well equipped and dog-friendly. The Wi-Fi there was the best we had experienced in all the hotels and apartments we stayed at in southern part of France. The host was friendly.

The apartment is located in an old building, which means it has some unique characteristics, such as thin walls. We could hear every step of the person above us, and it was uncomfortable when it happened after 11 PM when we were trying to sleep.

Worst... Not recommended

The property is on third floor and it doesn't have an elevator. The staircase is also not the normal one. All this should be mentioned in the building details page. Elevator is the building's amenity not the apartment's. it was very difficult to carry the luggage. Owner was not responsive. Key handover was not smooth also . Property was dirty as well. There is no view from the window. Room is too small, just one bed is fitted. No space. Bathroom was small too. Didn't have any option to cancel , owner refused to cancel free of charge. Had to stay there... And it was terrible. Felt cheated. Booking com was not helpful at all

Magnificent apartment in perfect location

Perfect location right in the old town and close to the lake. The apartment is exceptional, well-equipped and cozy. Key delivery was smooth and the host was helpful.

The apartment lists 2 double beds and 2 single beds, but those single beds are sofas that were really uncomfortable.

Beautiful loft apartment with loads of space. Very well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Owner very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
