All in all, very good.

The host was very accommodating about allowing us to leave bags after 10am check-out time in one of the three rooms we booked

This studio had everything we needed for our two night stay in Annecy.

Near train station which was convenient for our travel needs. Small kitchen was well stocked and we were able to use washer and dryer—a real luxury for tired travelers! A great value for Annecy.

The location is excellent, but the room lacked some comfort and communication was slow.

The location is ideal – plenty of shops, cafés, and bakeries are nearby. Parking on site is not available, but the surrounding parking garages are convenient and reasonably priced. The room itself was functional, though not very cozy, and I missed having a small lamp for extra lighting. Check-in with the contactless system worked smoothly.

On the downside, communication could have been more prompt. Unfortunately, we only realized in the morning that the hairdryer was not working, and with wet hair we did not receive timely assistance to solve the problem.

We enjoyed our stay ,room was sufficient for a 2 night stay

It was near bars restaurant and old town

Noisey at night ,no mirror in room only one in the bathroom .Although Shower was powerful it was not connected to wall so one had to hold the hose so not ideal

Buon appartamento con posizione ottima

La posizione è ottima, così come il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è stato molto cortese ed efficiente nell’agevolare le operazioni di check in e check out. Appartamento perfetto se avete in mente di trascorrere buona parte della giornata fuori casa, ma volete comunque soggiornare nei pressi del centro di Annecy. Ci tornerei.

Gli ambienti (soprattutto il bagno) non sono spaziosi, un gruppo di adulti potrebbe sentirsi stretto. L’appartamento è mediamente ben fornito, ma avrei messo a disposizione quattro asciugamani e non soltanto due, essendo noi in quattro. A parte questi dettagli, il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

Emplacement idéal proche gare

Premier hébergement décevant, pas d’eau chaude pour se laver et un cafard dans la salle de bain. + Netflix non connecté (perte de temps) Puis le lendemain changement dans l’appartement à côté, propre et fonctionnel.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est impeccable. Très mignon, bien aménagé, bien situé également. Tout était bien et propre. Il est toutefois dispendieux pour ce qu'il offre. Il est situé devant la gare. Il est à quelques minutes du "centre". Je recommande sans hésiter.

Se encuentra a 10minutos andando del centro. Ubicación tranquila. Al ser temporada baja no hemos tenido problemas de aparcamiento. El apartamento es pequeño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario.

El sofá-cama es pequeño y nada cómodo. Por lo demás bien.

Понравилось всё, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Даже была рада салфеткам, которые к сожалению не все предоставляют, но они так нужны, чтобы даже вытирать стол. Хороший интернет. Отличный район, все очень удобно, только мы в начале подошли не к той двери, а из два с номером 3. Но хозяин молодец, фото дверей и инструкции отправил на воцап. Спасибо.

Единственный минус, холодно было, отопление центральное, в ванной нет сушилки, полотенца оставались влажными даже к утру.

içinde İhtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut,buzdolabından çamaşır makinesi fırın ve ocağa kadar aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz,geçerken uğradığımız için fazla kalamadık ama sabah filtre kahvemizi içebilmek,sıcak duş sonrası saçlarımızı kurutabilmek iyi geldi,uzun kalımlarda mutfağı gayet kullanışlı ve temiz,teşekkür ederiz

Orası dışarıda tabelası olan,ismi yazılı bir bina değil,binanın hemen yanında ki cafe ler bile bilmiyordu,adresi bulmakta çok zorlandık çünkü watsup yada çevrimiçi değilseniz size gerekli bilgiler gelmiyor,neyse ki telefonla ulaşmamızdan sonra çok bekletmeden ilgili kişi gelip bizi karşıladı.. Yatak rahattı ama yastıklar inanılmaz kötüydü ne yapacağımız bilemedik,bir de eylül sonu ama hava gerçekten soğuktu gece çok üşüdük yedek battaniye ve yastık olmasını isterdik

Studio très petit, non isolé, on entend tout les bruits de l'extérieur avec les fenêtres ouvertes, n'est pas adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite. La télévision n'a aucune chaîne standard, il est indiqué netflix mais il faut nos codes. Bien déçu 😞

Logement de dépannage

-propreté, impeccable

-Tous les équipements sont de piètre qualité : tout au moins cher pour louer vite fait bien fait… ; -Quartier mal famé ; -Immeuble qui n’inspire pas confiance ; -Porte sécurisée qui reste toujours ouverte -> la porte du logement est une simple porte d’intérieur -> sécurité ? -Travaux de rénovation à la limite du bricolage ; -Aucune insonorisation, impossible de dormir ; -Clef très compliqué à rentrer dans la serrure, il faut jouer pendant 5 minutes pour parvenir à fermer l’appartement ; -Mauvaise isolation et aucune climatisation valable ; -Trop cher, c’est de la poudre aux yeux.

Posizione ottima per visitare Annecy, a 10 min a piedi dal centro.

Lavandino del bagno improponibile, troppo piccolo anche per lavarsi le mani. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla ragazza delle pulizie un asciugamano in più perchè il/la responsabile della struttura non ha risposto alla nostra richiesta e non ci ha proprio considerati durante i giorni di permanenza.

Va bene per una notte. Dotazione minima, un solo coperchio pentole e solo 1 asciugamano a persona, in genere ne abbiamo uno per il viso e uno per la doccia! Rapporto qualità prezzo non eccezionale

Premetto che non ho soggiornato in struttura perché all'ingresso davanti alla porta della stanza avevano lasciato il secchio con la scopa e tutto l'occorrente per le pulizie e una busta di sporcizia. Camera angusta, con cattivo odore di chiuso, l'unica finestra da sulla stazione degli autobus con conseguente rumore. Ho lasciato la stanza immediatamente e ho chiesto una cancellazione senza penale che non mi è stata concessa pur avendo riservato la camera Appena 30 minuti prima del mio arrivo.
