L'appartement est idéalement situé en face de la gare, et proche du vieux Annecy, du Lac et des commerces. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Idéal pour venir découvrir la ville Il est propre et fonctionnel, c'était parfait pour notre WE prolongé en famille

Ce n'est pas lié à l'appartement mais la gare routière étant juste en bas, le klaxon des bus et des voitures le soir peut être un peu désagréable ainsi que les travaux des voies ferrées la nuit (surtout l'été où nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes)

Pour la fête du lac, l'emplacement était top. On a pu tout faire à pieds. Il n'y a pas de parking avec la location mais il y a le parking de la gare juste à côté Bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée. .

Manque un peu de propreté.

The location is genuinely excellent, right next to the station and walkable to everything in Annecy. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the hosts were always friendly and responsive whenever we reached out.

A few things worth mentioning for future guests: the Wi-Fi credentials displayed around the apartment didn't work, the correct details were only on the modem itself, but not a big deal. The fans available for the heat were way too weak to make a real difference during a very warm stay, and while the hosts responded kindly when we asked for alternatives, no solution was found. There were also very few cups and glasses available, and the clean dishes from the dishwasher hadn't been put away before our arrival, which isn’t a big deal either. The listing photos also make the space look newer than it is. At festival pricing (€500/night), these details stand out more than they otherwise would.

Konversation während des Aufenthaltes mit den Vermietern war nicht vorhanden … es würde nicht reagiert. Aufgrund der Lage recht laut. Teile der Einrichtung in einem nicht guten Zustand … Sofa und Sessel nicht einladend.. eher abschreckend
