El apartamento está muy bien,moderno, 7cómodo y cuidado. Nos ha gustado especialmente que está muy bien equipado y tiene muchísimo menaje, por lo que no falta de nada para pasar unos días. La estancia ha sido muy agradable y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomendamos.

The location was amazing! Just 1-2 blocks away from the train/bus station, a few blocks from old town and the lake, just wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed, laundry was a plus, comfortable beds. The host was also very prompt with getting back to us and gave excellent directions.
Quite warm for sleeping but to be expected in Europe in the summer.

très spacieux et confortable, bien décoré avec gout, super agréable
super bien situé juste à coté de la gare mais au calme ++ et à 3 minutes du vieux annecy, lac à 10 minutes
tous les commerces à proximité
petit balcon bien appréciable
lit simple grince un peu , petit manque d'insonorisation dans l'appartement mais malgré cela l'appartement est top

Fantastic apartment. One of the nicest I've stayed in. Clean, lovely finishings, felt very nice to arrive at. It had everything we needed. The internet was good. The main bed was very comfortable. The shutters eliminated noise and light at night. The location was fantastic.
The two single beds were a bit squeaky due to the frames, but not too bad.
The worst aspect was nothing to do with the apartment. We arrived on a Saturday and the nearest parking was full so we spent a long time driving around that parking lot waiting for a space, and the spaces are absolutely tiny. This is not at all a fault with the apartment, just something to be aware of.
