Bel appartement, 2 chambres, Annecy Coeur de ville

The apartment is in a fantastic location. Right near the heart of the old town. A short walk from the bus and train station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A nice stroll to the lake. Communication with the proprietor was excellent

The stairs leading to apartment are a bit of a killer with suitcases etc. This apartment would not be suitable for the infirm or unfit. The entrance from the road is very dark (at night).

We loved our stay in this little apartment right in the heart of Annecy.

Lugging my suitcase up the stairs but this wouldn’t stop me staying there again

Very clean and in a great location. The heating was timed and the apartment was always warm and comforting , it was -4 most nights outside.

We really liked the apartment. It was in the centre of old town, easily accessible from the closest parking garage as recommended by the owner. Parking spaces were very narrow, but we could manage. The apartment was on the 3rd or 4th floor (depending on how you count) with somewhat uneven staircase going up, but we had hand luggage and healthy feet, so we could easily manage. Despite being in the centre of the town, it was quiet for us (except for a couple of times when people mistook our doorbell for outer corridor light - they looked similar indeed, and some old squeeky floor boards that just added character). We liked the space, beds and amenities, the apartment looked the same as in the photos. I would definitely consider staying there again.
