Het appartement ligt aan een straat en ca. 15 meter van de 'ingang' naar het centrum van Annecy. De locatie is uitstekend. Het is schoon en alles is aanwezig. De communicatie met de host verliep prima. Bij de binnenkomst door de poort (stonden de containers voor het vuilnis) en het trappengat schrokken wij in eerste instantie wel even. Maar als je dan in het appartement komt is het prima.
De ingang naar het appartement (kleine binnenplaats) ziet er niet verzorgd uit.

The location was good (right at the perimeter of the old town) and many eateries. The apartment was cosy and well equipped. The host Yolande was very hospitable and responsive to our needs and queries.
There's no lift in the apartment and bringing the luggage up the circular stairs was a challenge especially for big luggages.

A spacious and clean apartment, well equipped, very near the old part of Annecy.
The main door and small courtyard are awful and smelly because of the bins. It wasn't clean, in fact I nearly tripped on the spiral staircase to avoid a mouse, There was no local info provided in the apartment, eg nearest supermarket, pharmacy,recommended bars/restaurants. The email giving details of departure said 'clean the oven.' We didn't use it as it happens but we have paid good money to use the apartment, so expect cleaners to clean it when we left.
