Fabulous location for comfort and access to Old Town exploring.

The location was perfect right next to the Old Town. It was a very comfortable stay with great amenities and 2 seperate bedrooms plus a large living and kitchen area plus Netflix!

It would have been good to have some oil already at the property to cook with.

A pleasant apartment spoilt by the entrance.

A spacious and clean apartment, well equipped, very near the old part of Annecy.

The main door and small courtyard are awful and smelly because of the bins. It wasn't clean, in fact I nearly tripped on the spiral staircase to avoid a mouse, There was no local info provided in the apartment, eg nearest supermarket, pharmacy,recommended bars/restaurants. The email giving details of departure said 'clean the oven.' We didn't use it as it happens but we have paid good money to use the apartment, so expect cleaners to clean it when we left.

Close to the centre of Annecy.

Well appointed inside especially the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were well sized. The communication was very good and the host was super responsive and helpful.

The access will put many people off. The outside entrance is a fire exit with lots of smelly bins. The spiral staircase is dark and feels uneven. It was also noisy at night and we didn’t sleep well.

Wonderful stay at beautiful and centrally located apartment!

The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. After traveling in France for 3 weeks we were especially impressed by how roomy everything was. Both bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen were all large and well equipped. The biggest highlight was the location, could not be better! Just a couple mins walk from old town where we went to the various farmers markets, shops and restaurants etc. And about an 8 min walk to the lake. The hosts, Yolande and Laurent were amazing. They were communicative, helpful and lovely.

Great location. Quiet bedrooms. AC in every room. Good water pressure in shower. Yolande was very easy to contact and very helpful.

No serious issues. An extra dish towel would've been helpful in the kitchen.

Super apartment, attentive hosts and a perfect location.

Perfect location for exploring the ‘Old Town’ and Lake. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and pleasantly designed and decorated. The owners were in constant contact giving check in instructions and flexible . They allowed us to leave a large suitcase in the apartment after check out time which allowed us a more pleasant last morning in Annecy. Would recommend highly.

It was not a problem but the entrance is via a courtyard with recycling bins. Once inside it is delightful.

Instructions sent to me were excellent and so easy to follow in words and diagrams Yolande ( host) so accomodating in letting us have early check in. Amazing communication via WhatsApp

Apartment was nice, well equipped, the location was very good, in the old town.

There was no air conditioning and with the windows open there was noise from the street at night. And unfortunately we had a problem with the sewage (for which the hosts were not responsible and they tried to eliminate the problem), but it made the stay unpleasant.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Annecy - perfect location for family stay

What a lovely apartment literally 1 min walk to the heart of Annecys old town. the location was perfect, and the accommodations were lovely. The apartment was bright, great furniture with all the amenities one needs. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and we enjoyed our brief time there. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be in the center of it all and has a family of 4, or 5 people.

Everything we needed, we would stay again in a heartbeat!

This property is more than you expect. The photos are great but do not do it justice, the apartment is bigger than the images lead you to believe. The facilities are perfect. Everything you need. The location was perfect for us. The host is very easy to communicate with, very accommodating and answers text almost immediately. I would stay at this property again!

The entrance through the small alley is unfortunate but understandable in the location. Once you turn the key and go up to the apartment door you will forget about the alley :)

Sehr gut gelegen, am Eingang der Altstadt. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Parkhaus ist 50 Meter vom Apartment. Gut organisierter Host, alle Infos werden rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt.

Der Zugang ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man dann aber in der Wohnung drin ist, ist alles bestens.

Super Aufenthalt in einer sehr gemütlichen und schönen Wohnung.

Die Lage ist super. Die Altstadt ist in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz. Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Da wir mit dem Zug früher angereist sind, durften wir die Unterkunft sogar eher beziehen. Das war absolut genial! Bei der Wohnungsabgabe stand kein Glascontainer im Vorhof, weshalb sie ganz unkompliziert die Entsorgung für uns erledigt haben. Danke! Die Wohnung entsprach ganz genau den Fotos bei der Buchung!

Ein Set Frottéewäsche für die 5. Person ging vergessen resp. war nicht vorhanden, aber wir hatten eigene Badetücher dabei.

Aanrader in hartje centrum!

Ideale ligging om de hoek van het oude centrum en toch rustig gelegen. Hebben nauwelijks last gehad van de nachtclub ernaast waar ik vantevoren wel erg bang voor was. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en de host is erg behulpzaam. Parkeren kan makkelijk bij parkeergarage Sainte Claire op 2 minuten lopen, wij hadden een 3 dagen forfait gekocht.

De matrassen waren niet zo comfortabel voor ons.
