About this apartment rental
New for rent! Located in the heart of Annecy, a stone's throw from the lake, the Pâquier esplanade and the shops. A spacious, bright and atypical apartment, which has been refurbished and elegantly decorated, in the historic district of old Annecy.
Crossing apartment facing North/South, of 100 m² (80 m² Carrez law), on the 4th and last floor without elevator.
The apartment La Maôve de Savoie has been redesigned and refurbished with high-end materials. It is equipped to accommodate 5 people. Great comfort and neat decoration carried out by an interior decorator.
The apartment has been designed to be suitable for both a tourist stay and a business trip. The two large bedrooms are equipped with desks and with all the network and electrical connections to work in excellent conditions and in peace.
The apartment is on two levels:
** First level:
• Entrance to living room with sofa, armchair, 80 cm flat screen television, Hi-Fi system, WIFI connection. From the living room, you can admire the view of the Castle.
• Very well equipped kitchen, table for 6 people
• Bathroom: 140x90 shower, two sinks, storage, towel dryer, hairdryer
• Separate toilet – laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, bedding from 2021, with wardrobe and desk, windows. You can admire the view of the pedestrian rue du Pâquier.
** Second level - a wooden staircase leads to the semi-open mezzanine where the other two bedrooms are located, partly with sloping ceilings:
• Bedroom 2: double bed 160x200, bedding from 2021, with wardrobe and desk, skylight.
• Bedroom 3: small bedroom, single bed 120x200, bedding from 2021, with storage, skylight.
The rooms benefit from the light of windows and skylights which can be blacked out.
Bed linen, bathroom towels and dish towels provided. The beds will be made for your arrival.
Flexible check-in and check-out times on request.
PARKING: the parking lots are listed on the website of the city of Annecy.
The closest to the apartment is the Bonlieu parking lot: 693 spaces divided between an outdoor part (max height 2.40m) and an underground part (max height 1.90m).
Possibility of 2, 3 or 5 day passes.
The free Flowbird app allows you to manage your parking payment directly from your smartphone.

This was exactly what we were hoping for - somewhere in the heart of Old Town Annecy, with lots of room for our family.The apartment was in excellent condition and thankfully well stocked with fans to help deal with the heat.

We had a great stay in Annecy! The apartment is so well located, and was a great base to explore the old town, eat at the many nearby restaurants, get groceries (Monoprix is one block away), and spend time in the lake / get a ferry.The apartment itself is well-equipped and it was nicely laid out. The only downside was that we were there during a particularly brutal heat-wave (between 90-95 degrees) and there is no A/C. The upstairs loft in particular (where the 2 upstairs bedrooms are located) was probably even 5-10 degrees warming than the rest of the apartment, which was pretty hot itself. Obviously this wasn’t the fault of the apartment, but something to consider if one is staying in the summertime. This was our only real complaint - otherwise everything was lovely and we would stay again.

We loved our stay. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great communication from the hosts and a very well kept home with everything we needed for our stay. Ideal location. Recommended.
