2 bd apartment with sauna in the center of Annecy

Great location and value.

Overall good, but small issues. No toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom sink, not enough sheets, poor response when asking questions before the stay (good response during the stay). AC is weak and only help get the bottom floor to a manageable temperature. The bedrooms on the floor above are not helped by the AC.

Fantastic location, central and very easy to get to. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops close-by. The flat was spacious, comfortable and clean. It easily accommodated 6 people. Very pleasant stay and very responsive hosts.

It was a very hot week so air conditioning would have been useful but I’m guessing it was an exceptional period and it’s not relevant for most of the year.

The location is unbeatable, but the flipped side of that is the noise level because of all the activities just outside.

The property is managed by a business with a staffing team, and we did not feel any eagerness in ensuring our stay was smooth. We asked multiple times about early check-in. I was asked to bring that question up the day of my arrival; when I did, the staff member did not see my message until 4 hours after I had sent it, which by then I had to assume my request was ignored and ended up killing time at the airport to wait until check-in time for my arrival. Another issue was about things not working well in the apartment: the coffee machine is missing the container for making dripped coffee even though the machine was on the counter. The drain for the bathroom was clogged upon our arrival. Upon reporting of the issue, the staff did offer to arrange repair, but why would we want that kind of interruption during our stay? One last concern: The welcome book did not contain sufficient instructions about how to handle the garbage. After our departure, we received a message from their staff about how to handle the garbage when it was too late. We wish there was more clear instructions in the book, especially about managing recycling. I have stayed at other property rentals where the host make sure you feel taken care of with better communication and eagerness to help.

Os quartos são no sótão, não se consegue andar a pé neles. A entrada tem uma entrada para a cozinha de um restaurante e estava sempre aberta para as escadas, um cheiro a comida horrível.
