The campsite is exceptionally clean and tidy.

The property offered a range of facilities for campers, all of which were very clean and well-maintained.

It’s not a big gripe, but the pitch choices we were given were the worst location on the site. The site was pretty empty, so I’m not sure why that was. I would have preferred to choose a pitch from those available at the time.

A cozy attic apartment with stunning lake views and the perfect spot to relax after visiting Annecy

Fantastic attic apartment with views of Lake Annecy. Pleasant host who welcomed us on arrival and gave us suggestions of where to eat and directions to a nice bakery. We had a spot outside to park our motorcycle and had a nice patio area to sit out and enjoy the view from in the evening.

Overall an enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment.

The location was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful with a view of the lake and the mountains beyond. The apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated.

Despite it being a cold miserable day there was no heating on for our arrival and so the property felt cold and had a slight damp smell. The wifi was slow and kept dropping out.

Great location, friendly host, well appointed appartments

The location, clean, really well put together and newly refurbished. Close to bike hire, lake and restaurants. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful

The host tried to increase the price of the room on our arrival as the booking didn’t register there were three of us…but we’d booked an apartment with 2 double beds in two separate rooms and that was what we were paying for at the agreed price. There seems to be an issue with the booking information that the number of guests doesn’t always translate into the confirmation. This has happened to me before and cause lots of issues.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a very nice view!

The apartments are completely renovated, very modern interior design and we had a great and peaceful view during our stay. The location is also convenient, close to Annecy and good restaurants.

There wasn't Wi-Fi, but we had good phone data signal.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement, à une heure tardive, et après une agression verbale

Nous sommes arrivés vers 20 heures le 25 décembre. Le propriétaire a exprimé d’être dérangé à une tardive en plein repas . Ce à quoi j’ai répondu que pour éviter d’être déranger , il fallait fermer la location ce jour là. Le propriétaire s’est montré extrêmement tendu, nous invitant à partir sur le champ. Nous étions calmes et corrects . Ce monsieur a photographié le numéro d’immatriculation de notre véhicule, nous jugeant susceptible d’endommager sa propriété. Nous sommes partis très choqués, et dans l’incompréhension totale . Nous avons contacté Booking pour dénoncer.

Studio pour 2 adultes maximum et pour un court séjour

Location très propre, bien entretenue. Parking pour une voiture devant l'immeuble. Vue sur le lac par la petite terrasse. Lit king size avec bonne literie.

l'accès à la location par un escalier trop raide. l'absence de machine à café et de table avec chaises ou fauteuils confortables pour prendre un petit déjeuner. odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain : manque d'aération.

Manque une cafetière dans la chambre pour un café au réveil car il n’y a pas de cuisine donc impossible de faire un petit déjeuner.

Fijn verblijf!

Wij verbleven met 2 personen in het appartement met 2 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 ensuite. Comfortabel bed. Ruime badkamer. Mooi ingericht, schoon en compleet. Rustig gelegen. Erg genoten van het prachtige uitzicht. Ligging tov Annecy gunstig. Goede, betaalbare busverbinding naar Annecy. Supermarkt op loopafstand (15 min). Vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaar, en mede door zijn tips over de omgeving hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkomment und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Er hat extra auf uns gewartet, um uns mit allen Modalitäten Vertraut zu machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Trevlig och hjälpsam värd som på riktigt verkade mån om att våra dagar i Annecy skulle bli bra! Utsikten och tystnaden vid frukosten på uteplatsen!

Allt var enligt beskrivningen på Booking. Förslag på förbättringar att göra ett redan bra boende ännu bättre: - Snabbare internet (vi lyckades inte streama) - Separata täcken i åtminstone ett av sovrummen hade uppskattats av våra tonåringar. - Diskmaskin - Tvättmaskin - Luftkonditionering varma sommardagar
