Perfect lac view property for families.

Great modern apartment in a modern Chalet. Amazing views of the lake. Very clean. Easy access to a cute public beach, boat, paddle boat, kayak and restaurants. The property management is great and very responsive. Highly recommend if you need space, an AC, modern amenities, a Jacuzzi and walking distance to the lac.

Amazing Duplex and location, views that will stay in your mind and provide fabulous memories forever

The Location is beautiful, close to the lake, restaurants and shops, bike hire available down the road as well as lake bathing spots in 10 minutes walk. The views of the mountains and lake were stunning from breakfast in the morning to sitting in the hot tub at night and star gazing. The Duplex was beautifully furnished, clean, spacious and with air conditioning in every room and electric shutters to cool us on super hot days. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all you need. There is also another balcony of this space which looks across the hillside to the back of the building. Both outdoor spaces between them have furniture to sit and relax, eat outside, and loungers to relax on as well as the large hot tub. The host was wonderful and welcoming, great communication in the days before we arrived, and gave us local information on the things we were looking for and transport options.

beautiful views and location, luxury finishes

location, views, covered decks, all exceptional.

There was exterior sanding and staining going on for most of our stay, which meant noise from early morning to mid afternoon, and scaffolding on one of the decks. This was fine, we were informed in advance, but our room rate should've been adjusted since we couldn't use that deck and the noise was a deterrent. This was not offered. The jacuzzi had a gross tan brown film on the water and edges. The caretaker did address this within a day, but told us the "Change filter" message could be ignored. After he cleaned it, it was better, but still had a film and was too gross to enjoy.

Stunning location - beautiful accomodation

The views were stunning and it was spacious accomodation. The two different decks/verandahs were beautiful for taking advantage of the sun and environment.

The check in and check out procedure was awkward as the agency wants a precise time to check you in and out. There are also additional charges that do not appear in the original price. Bedlinen and cleaning is not included which for us equated to an additional €228.

Great choice for a relaxing holiday.

The view was beautiful every changing moment of the day. There were many comfortable sleeping options, all with individual air con, great for the heat of summer 22. The deck was well used of an afternoon. The kitchen is a dream. Easy with a family if you need to have alone time. Beach easy walk downhill. Annecy only 15 minute bus ride. Supermarket 5 mins by car. Really enjoyed our stay. We wished we had stayed longer.

Beautifully located apartment at Lake Annecy

Great location with superb views on the lake, at walking distance from the beach. It's a spacious apartment and has a very nice terrace/balcony.

Some practicalities are not up to standard, e.g. beds are not great, missing clothes line and some minor broken things (e.g. shower button, cupboard, etc)

Excellent appartment with stunning views!

The view! The appartment itself was great too.

The finishing - around the window frame was not quite finished with gaps around the frame allowing a regular stream of cocinnelle/ladybird into the property around this area. The spa was not available and should be available all year round.
