Nice place to stay in Sevrier.

It is a clean and spacious place to stay. Everything you need for a short stay and even a longer stay. It is very close to a public beach on Lake Annecy. The hostess family is very helpful.

Privacy is a bit lacking if you don’t roll down the window cover over the sliding glass door entrance. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and no other shampoos provided. The bed is small for a taller person but it was ok for one night.

Comfortable, clean studio a short walk away from Annecy lake.

This studio was a great find. I was originally looking for a hotel in Annecy center but due to an international festival all hotels in Annecy were either sold out or very expensive. It turned out that staying in Sevrier was actually better. The studio is just a short walk away from the lake, the views are spectacular and it is far less crowded than Annecy which is an easy 15 mins bus ride away. The owner was kind enough to let me use one of his bikes and I had a great time riding along the lake's bike trail.

Cannot think of anything. The studio was perfect for me being a solo traveler.

Très bon emplacement, possibilité de garer son véhicule en sécurité. Facilité d’accès au logement.

Je n’ai pas su trouver la façon de fermer la porte à clé de l’intérieur de l’appartement. Étant une femme voyageant seule, malgré le lieu, l’endroit, cela ne m’a pas rassurée. La propreté de l’appartement laisse aussi à désirer. L’évier de la salle de bain n’était visiblement pas propre. Le sol de l’appartement non plus.

Studio calme très confortable pour un séjour tranquille pour une personne .

Studio très bien équipé, très calme, qui fait neuf. Il faisait chaud (séjour en février) ce qui est très appreciable. Très proche à pieds du lac (5 minutes de marche). Système de check in très pratique (pas besoin que les propriétaires de la maison soient là=> flexibilité). Il y a des supermarchés et commerces à proximité en voiture (ou à 10-15 minutes à pieds). Il y a même un fauteuil massant! Il y a une box donc parfait pour internet. Studio spacieux avec un canapé très confortable en plus lit.

On entend un peu les voisins de l'autre studio. C'est un cadre très tranquille adapté si on souhaite un séjour calme et si on ne fait pas trop de bruit.

Het uitzicht wat op de foto stond kwam niet overeen wel is het meer heel dichtbij op loopafstand. Qua prijs kwalteit verhouding prima om als doorreis lokatie te gebruiken.

Indien de mankementen worden opgelost is dit een goed verblijf om kort te verblijven ideaal voor fietsers en mensen die

Koffiemachine werkt enkel voor kleine koffie. De knop voor grote koffie werkte niet. Douche overstroomd. Jaloezieën zijn naar de oorlog geweest. Overal stoelen en niet onderhouden buiten plaats. Duur voor wat je krijgt. Het is makkelijk op te lossen door dingen te maken, douche leiding mogelijks te klein daardoor loopt het over , verlichting maken , jaloezie vervangen, lat van bedden bodem is kapot , spinnenkoppen weg doen, buiten borstelen , onkruid verwijderen.kortom met een robot stofzuiger kom je er niet. In de tuin die heel mooi kan zijn moet er gewerkt worden..

Es war ruhig, das ist aber auch das einzige.

Ein kleiner Raum, fensterlos, lieblos eingerichtet. Das war vorher wahrscheinlich ein Keller oder sowas. In einer Ecke des Raumes stand eine Schale mit einem weissen Pulver. Was ist das? Insektengift? Für 110 € muss man dann auch noch diverse Reinigung Hausaufgaben übernehmen… Sowas nennt man abzocke. Aus den Bildern im Netz habe ich einen anderen Eindruck erhalten.

Voor een paar heerlijke dagen op loopafstand van het Lac d Annecy.

Zeer goede en rustige locatie. Ruime en koele studio op de begane grond van groot huis met grote tuin rondom en veel privacy. Goed contact met de beheerder/eigenaar.

Er is nog een studio, ik had geluk met een hele rustige, stille buurvrouw maar als je pech hebt kan dat dus vervelend zijn, bijv. luidruchtige mensen. Het kan wel gehorig zijn.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine kleine Küche, die wir bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt gar nicht richtig genutzt haben. Man kann gut und sicher auf dem Grundstück parken.
