Beautiful lake and mountain view, pet-friendly stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the window over the lake and the mountains was beautiful. The apartment is pet-friendly, which was very important for us, and there is a small garden, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen is well equipped, and having a washing machine was very convenient. The location is great — very close to a supermarket. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. There's also a parking spot

Location is excellent, lake side within easy walking distance. Very spacious accomodation. Plenty of excellent local restaurants. Secure bike parking

Recent building, ideal for enjoying the lake in good comfort.

Extremely well equipped apartment. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. It is a recent construction, the blinds let us sleep in total darkness and the area is quite clam which means we slept very well.

Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view

The view across the lake and mountains was breathtaking. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. It was close to the shops and had parking. The bathroom was large with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

Beautiful views from a lovely apartment! Made our stay very pleasant!

Everything! The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It had everything you needed. There was a lovely boulangerie a few mins up the road, Lidle & Aldi within walking distance or Carrefour a bit further along. Beautiful views of the lake from the apartment and lovely cycling routes. Regular bus service to town if you didn’t want to cycle or drive. We stayed for 5 nights but wished it was longer - Annecy is a beautiful place!

Vista incredibile, sala stupenda, posizione strategica

Ottima posizione, vista incredibile dalla vetrata del salone si vedono le montagne innevate, facile da raggiungere e strategica per muoversi e molto più tranquilla del centro di Annency

I cuscini della camera erano un pò scomodi, ne averi aggiunti due da letto classico. La vista è bellissima con la vetrata ma va avvisato che gli ospiti degli altri appartamenti possono vederti sia dalla sala che in camera, niente di che solo un accorgimento

Appartement quasi neuf d’une propreté irréprochable. La vue sur le lac et la montage est majestueuse. Parking privé en dessous de l’appartement.

La situation est un peu loin d’Annecy,surtout en saison où la seule route d’accès est assez encombrée.

Vue exceptionnelle sur le lac d'Annecy et les montagnes de la rive est. Appartement très spacieux en rez-de-jardin avec grande terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Appartement quasi-neuf avec grand séjour et 2 belles chambres. Environnement très calme. Situation à moins de 10 mn à pied de la plage la plus proche. Commerces à très faible distance. Propriétaire très sympathique

Die Lage mit Blick auf den See ist sensationell. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Sébastien ist ein sehr netter Vermieter!

Mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre klasse. Die Sauberkeit der Böden hätte besser sein können, wir sind da recht pingelig😉 Auf dem Schutzbezug der Betten waren unter den Spannbettlaken recht viele Haare.

Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet. Et fantastisk sted hvis man kan lide at cykle i bjergene og svømme i Annecy sø.

Climatisation savnes i år hvor der har været meget varmt (32 grader)

Séjour trés agréable , il y a un book avec toutes les explications , les visites , les commerces

Appartement moderne bien conçu calme , très belle vue sur le lac qui correspond tout à fait à l'annonce à proximité d'Annecy de toutes les commodités , une salle de bains bien équipé , la douche à l'italienne est agréable grande , les WC sont séparés ,la cuisine est bien équipé appareils ménagers au top , les hôtes , les personnes qui assurent la maintenance sont aimables , agréables , répondent à vos questions et attentes ils et elles sont à l'écoute pour nous rendre un agréable séjour , nous avons passé une bonne semaine .

Juste une sujétion . Ce logement est prévu pour quatre personnes , comme nous n'étions que deux il manquait un petit plat pour cuisiner avec le four , il manque un peu de couverts pour accompagner la vaisselle ce qui permettrais de remplir le lave vaisselles

LOCATION A RECOMMANDER

Très bel appartement, avec une vue magnifique. Beaucoup d'espace. Très propre. Bien équipé. Un parking privé 2 places très appréciable. Un coin jardin agréable. Nous avons même profité de la plancha en février 😁. Un seul petit bémol pour notre séjour ce sont les enfants de l'appartement au-dessus qui couraient le matin très tôt, pas cool quand on veut dormir 😔... Une suggestion : une petite balance de cuisine pour faire des gâteaux 😉 à rajouter dans l'équipement. Il me plairait maintenant de revenir en été et de profiter plus de l'extérieur....
