Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a residence with lift, the flat offers a beautiful 30 m² living room, bathed in light, extended by a pleasant balcony ideal for enjoying the mild Saint-Jorienne weather.
The flat comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and dining table for 4 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- One bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside :
- Balcony with uninterrupted view
Additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.
In the immediate vicinity :
- Newsagent's, supermarket (Super U), bakery, butcher's, restaurants just a few metres away
- Saint-Jorioz beach 10 minutes' walk away
Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approx. 25 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). Saint-Jorioz Mairie or Saint-Jorioz Collège bus stop.
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour by car, and there are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or VTCs.
