Parking spot only, nothing else

We rented the apartment “Le Palazzo”, it was not worth it. Our extra bed request for our baby was approved, but we were told that it was automatic from the bot, and we were not provided a bed. In addition to that, the blankets and pillows were soo dirtyy with blood on them. To Clara, the owner? it was okay. Hope you’ll use those bloody blankets!! The TV does not work, it’s just a decoration. The sofa was so uncomfortable. Bathroom was not tidy, lots of hairs. We regret that we chose this place and we do not recommend.

Floor dusty, mattress stained,pillows stained, no light on rangehood, also on fridge, one bulb not working in bathroom. No access to the bin storage in the building, need to keep 14 days rubbish in the studio No vacuum cleaner

Easy to access , good location but with kids better to have the car to reach town . Facilities were good and useful.

A bit too expensive for what you get.

The apartment was a 15 min walk away from the city centre and about a 5 min car ride. The apartment has a washing machine which was perfect for a quick wash of our clothes. When having a question the contact person always answered very quickly. The apartment was also big and quite spacious perfect for two but also good for three people.

First of all upon arriving we noticed that the apartment was not cleaned well, clothes of previous owners were left on the radiator, the bin next to the toilet was still filled with ‘used’ feminine hygiene products, and the place over all smelled like sigarets had been smoked. However, we spoke to the owner and he said that they hire a cleaning service so this is not entirely their fault. In addition, there was no place to throw away trash bags which was no problem for us for our two day stay but would be difficult for a longer stay. Second, the communication was not perfect. We could check-in at 16.00 but did not receive any information. When my daughter called she got the information via SMS without telling her who she was, which was rather weird since we booked on another phone number. It would have been nice to just receive the information on the day itself in the morning so it would not have been such a hassle. And get this info via booking.com so that it would have been a secure interaction. Lastly, there was (to our knowledge) no AC so it was rather hot in the apartment.

Location 2km from lake in a non traffic area. Guidelines for the apartment and car parking clear. Great to have a closed parking.

The location was good and private parking is a big bonus! The appartment was very cosy and great view from the kitchen window.

The appartment had dishwasher, coffee machine and laundry machine, but not a single capsule was left -I was visiting Annecy for few days and I had to buy washing tablets and laundry detergent - I think at least 1 peace per day could be left. For coffee - would be valuable if at least one sample could be left so I know what suits the machine. The appartment had a cigarette odour, the shelves were quite dusty. We were travelling 2 adults and 1 kid what was shown on the booking, but the bed linen and towels were provided only for 2 people. There were no soap in the soap tray.

Wasn't worth the Money

The owner of the place is friendly and accommodating but the Company that organises his place needs to step up their maintenance. The Main bedroom Bed was Comfortable. The Facilities were good.

Place smelt like Cigarettes. The Sheets had smeer markings on them. The couch is not an actual pull out mattress bed. After requesting a Cot days prior to our arrival, there was none there so 2 adults and 1 child slept on this couch while the other Adult and baby slept on the bed. The Shutter remote for the Living room was nowhere to be seen, so it was shut the whole time. Bathroom / Toilet Door lock is broken. TV is very lagged.

Don’t stay there!

Check in was smooth, host replied to questions quickly prior arrival

Host was horrible. We didn’t have enough pillows and duvet for 4 people and then he said yes there was and that I am a liar! (I don’t think the hard pillows that come with the couch count as sleeping pillows and they are not designed for sleeping) Host was threatening us to ask booking.com to take 350€ from us because we didn’t take out the trash. Then he messaged me not only through booking.com, but imessage and whatsapp too. Then he started calling me on the phone and wouldn’t stop, I had to block his number. Very creepy! The place itself is next to the motorway, very noisy and not clean enough.

Nice but not the building on the photo

Fully equipped appartment, private parking lot, 10 minutes ride to city center, mountain view from the kitchen. Good for families.

The mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. Besides, the appartment we stayed does not match the photo shown on Booking.com. We rent this just because of the genius reduction. It does not worth more than 400 euros for three nights, I think it's overpriced.

cleanliness of the apartment. modern fixtures and everything we could need was there. Cosy living area and the bed was comfortable. the shower was excellent too.

personally would have been nice to have been closer to the old town, but a nice walk anyway. I would stay again when i'm back in Annecy for sure!!

La localisation était conforme aux attentes.

Les précédents commentaires sont malheureusement justes ! Poubelles non vidées, odeurs nauséabondes, oreillers et couettes tachées de sang, matelas à langer bébé plein de poussières, toiles d'araignées, couverts sales, détecteur de fumée posé sur le micro ondes sans savoir si celui fonctionne, un sac de pharmacie sous le canapé, allez savoir ce qu'il contenait, balai pleins de moutons, matelas de la chambre, siège de salon cassé, chaises de cuisine bancale, télécommande TV hs, insonorisation inexistante, lampe de chevet sans ampoule, autant de motifs déjà mentionnés dans d'autres commentaires depuis plusieurs semaines/mois... et rien n'a changé. Je ne sais pas qui est fautif : un "service" de conciergerie inexistant (voir définition du mot service dans un dictionnaire pour un simple rappel sémantique) ou bien un propriétaire aveugle, sourd et avide. Un appartement à FUIR, j'ai même demandé au service client de Booking.com de déréférencer l'appartement tant que les changements indispensables soient réalisés.

Studio qui pourrait être très agréable si l'équipement complet était présent. De plus, on accède à pied en 10 mn à Intermarché et en 15 - 20 mn au Vieux Annecy La présence d'une place de parking privative est très appréciée La présence d'un local pour vélo mais non cité dans l'annonce (dommage)

Une surveillance du matériel non effectuée et un ménage facturé non réalisé (manque de vaisselle, pas de pelle à poussière, pas d'aspirateur, une chaise sur les 4 avec les pieds tordus, taies d'oreillers très sales, couettes sales, pas d'ampoule dans une lampe de chevet, pas d'éclairage (ampoules grillées) sur le miroir de la salle de bain, pas d'éclairage sur la hotte (ampoules grillées), des draps et housses de 1,60 ml pour deux lits gigognes de 0,80 ml, un congélateur non nettoyé (présence de sang de viande congelée), une télécommande du téléviseur défaillante (marche/arrêt) Pas de clé pour accéder au local poubelle donc on laisse les poubelles dans l'appartement lors du départ
