The location is close to the center

The host takes ages to reply - 10+hours. Really noisy location, hard to sleep

Too expensive for what it is

I should've paid a lot less for what I received. The apartment has barely the necessary. For 3 people they offered a bed and a sofa bed but the sofa was just a cheap fold out that was super uncomfortable. Cleaning was deficient. The sheets had stains and the shower had mold all over. Their communication was also not the best. I had to remind them to send me the check-in information because I hadn't received any communication from them until hours before check-in. And the communication was dry and impersonal. I wouldn't stay there again.

An outstanding host. Adding A/C to the unit would make it MUCH more comfortable.

The location was good and the host was truly outstanding and accomodating.

The location on a main street was VERY noisy. With no air conditioning, the windows had to be left open which made for a rather sleepless night.

The property is only a 5-10 minute walk from the tourist centre

The studio flat is in a complex of cheap accommodation so there’s lots of noise, music and groups of young adult men just loitering about. My partner wouldn’t of felt safe on her own, although I must say they were nice enough when I did chat to some of them.

Simple, comfortable, easy, affordable

Great location, nice kitchen and bathroom, everything one needs for a 3 day break. Easy access from the parked car and guide shops and cafes less than 10 minutes walk away.

Some traffic noise comes through the double glazing, but it isn't that bad.

It's not cozy apartment- it's perfect 👌

The communication with the man was good, he told me before I came all the instructions to get inside the apartment, he was available anytime that we wanted and super nice! The location was perfect, there is supermarket just near by, and some nice restaurant if you want to eat close. and the apartment you have everything that you need- comfort bed, TV, organize kitchen and clean bathroom. I'll definitely will come back there next time I'll be in Annecy 😊

Best value deal for one night stay. Cheap, great communication.

Best thing was host was very helpful with giving us direction, procedure all the details regarding apartment and staying. We were there late and we had issue with front door entering despite owner giving full info but I was able to contact him and he guide us again and issue was resolved. All in all it's a nice cozy apartment best for couple. And good value.

Disappointing

The location ! Really in middle of the city that’s awesome and the parking spot is perfect too

The smell, it really smells smoke ! And the picture where not the same. I thought I would have a coach and a proper bed while I just get a coach as a bed. No table and th picture from the outside it’s showing peace and trees while I was located next to a street with a lot of traffic. I would have probably accepted if I was notified before, but I wasn’t.

Nos gustó que ofreciera una plaza de parking y la llegada autónoma.

La cocina estaba equipada muy pobre. En cuanto a la vajilla hay una única cucharilla, una cuchara de sopa, dos vasitos pequeños y un par de tacitas de café solo. El colchón estaba hundido y las almohadas eran muy incòmodes. La ducha se notaba que era bastante vieja, se salía el agua por todas partes.

Il serait honnête de préciser que c est sur un boulevard bruyant. Plusieurs choses à remettre en état Prise de courant près du chevet,extracteur d humidité,Accroche serviette à fixer . Plus de rideaux aux 2 fenêtres donc aucune intimité. Charnières de porte de placard défaillantes

Dès mon entrée dans l'appartement, j'ai été frappé par son agencement. Je l'ai adoré : carré, confortable, chaleureux et propre. Situé au deuxième étage, deux fenêtres donnent sur la rue, ce qui me permet d'observer la circulation et les piétons. Même sous la chaleur torride de l'été, fenêtres ouvertes et ventilateur allumé, l'appartement était frais et confortable. Il est clair que le propriétaire prend grand soin de l'appartement. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Je parie que tous ceux qui viendront ici auront du mal à repartir.

L'emplacement proche de la vieille ville avec la place de parking . C'est une chambre donc petit mais nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait . Propre et confort !

L'isolation n' est pas suffisante surtout avec des voisins irrespectueux !! Mais ça le propriétaire n'y peut rien .

Dobry kontakt w właścicielem oraz lokalizacja, prtwatne miejsce na parkingu. Ekspres do kawy. Blisko sklep spożywczy.

Największą wadą tej lokalizacji jest brak klimatyzacji. Latem trzeba otwierać okna, a że obiekt jest przy ruchliwej ulicy sen bez zatyczek do uszu jest bardzo utrudniony. Wentylator e upały to za mało.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend car nous étions tout le temps en balade

Situation géographique : établissement proche de la vieille ville et du lac Place de parking prévue avec le logement

L’appartement aurait besoin d’avoir un rafraîchissement ( quelques petits travaux de rénovation) L’accès au parking par la rampe nous a stressé car elle est étroite Pas de climatisation, ni de ventilateur Heure de départ prévue au maximum 10h Beaucoup de bruit dû à la circulation car l’appartement donne sur la rue

Facile d’accès, explications précises pour y accéder, parking au même étage que l’appartement . Le lit double (140) est confortable.

Donne sur une rue avec de la circulation, oblige à dormir fenêtre fermée . Équipement de la cuisine très pauvre . État général moyen .
