Great location

The apartment is spacious with a nice morning sun facing balcony. The rooms are comfortable and bathroom is clean and modern. I was prepared after reading the other reviews here so I enjoyed my stay. If you are prepared, you will have a good stay here.

The thought to provide comfort is there but the implementation needs to improve a lot. Many things are not clean or do not function/are broken. I think it would take effort from both sides (people who stay as well as the host) to fix this. If the people treat the apartment and contribute to cleanliness, the landlord could also invest in repairing things and make it more comfortable.

Value for money stay at Annecy. Not perfect but still a good apartment.

Well appointed apartment with a full kitchen and large living area. Nicely decorated. Free private parking. A short 15 minutes walk to the main city area, hence no driving needed once you reach Annecy.

The beds were a bit hard and pillows too soft. No additional pillows available. No dryer available despite having a washer. Difficult to dry clothes after washing. Heater was a little hard to use and should provide instructions. I had to google the instructions manual online to operate the heater. There were condiments provided in the kitchen like pepper, salt, tumeric powder, etc, but some were expired and should have been thrown away.

We were disappointed.

The location is peaceful and within walking distance of the main attractions, there is a lovely riverside walk to the rear of the apartment, with a great little park for little ones.

We were very disappointed at the fowl drain smell which plagued us during our stay. Despite trying various methods to resolve, the smell remained. We contacted the management agent, without a reply. There were minimal pillows, one each, flat and very uncomfortable. We were cold on some of the nights and found no extra blankets, the duvets were quite thin. Again, we contacted the agent, without response. The beds are very uncomfortable and the mattresses slides off during the night, so much so that my husband fell of the bed. If these matters had been addressed, all would have been well.

Great location walking distance along the river to the old town.

Well equipped spacious apartment with great location on the river bank, Quiet but easy to get everywhere. Nice walk along the river to the old town, also walk distance to the train station. must be nice in summer to sit on the terrace.

We didn’t know how to operate the heating - elements were cold. Anyway it was our fault that we only asked on our last evening - received a prompt reply with instructions by Benjamin. Maybe it would be good to put instructions into the guest book.

Everything was great! Annecy is a beautiful city! Tout était super!

Tastefully decorated apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Wi-fi was good , free parking in front of the building. The access in the flat was very easy, we took the key from one closed box and we received all details in an email, so easy and fast check-in , check-out. The city center is 10-15 minutes walking. The owner let also coffee and one file with useful information related the city, the restaurants, the nice places. Everything was good and the city is very nice for one city break. We felt very good there. Thank you!

Everything was ok- nothing to complain. Only one suggestion for the customers: check that all is ok when you arrive/ left the flat, because all is new inside-the photos are real.

Really nice flat, very clean. The location was nice, close to the cancel, about 10min walk into town center. There is a nice bakery just a few minutes away. We loved the stay. Kids loved it. Very family friendly

Appartement dans une résidence sécurisée et au calme .Promenade du thiou au pied de la résidence qui accede à la ville.Nous avons pas eu besoin de notre voiture pendant le séjour. L'appartement est très grand bien équipé.

Cet appartement est spacieux propre et très bien situé nous étions en centre ville en à peine 15 minutes à pied. Toutes les indications de l'hote étaient impeccable et celui ci répondait à toutes les questions et demandes que l'on a posé.

Nicht sauber und schlecht instandgehalten !

Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, PKW Stellplatz vorhanden

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren nicht sauber; Spinnweben, Schimmel im Bad, Handtücher voller Haare - widerlich!, Der Rollladen des Esszimmers ließ sich nicht öffnen - das Esszimmer war während des ganzen Aufenthaltes abgedunkelt. Der Gastgeber ließ sich nicht blicken, war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, reagierte unfreundlich auf die Nachrichten, in denen wir auf die Mängel hinwiesen. Der Gastgeber stellte erst Ersatzhandtücher (die jedoch nicht frisch waren) zur Verfügung, nachdem wir über den Kundenservice von booking.com eskaliert hatten. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement très fonctionnel

L'orientation des pièces pièce de vie, le la décoration, l'équipement, la terrasse avec vue sur le chemin du Thiou et surtout la situation de l'appartement par rapport au centre ville.

Le matelas du lit double ainsi que les oreillers qui ont fait leur temps et mérites d'être remplacer. Les odeurs qui remontent des canalisations de la salle de bain.

Pas grand-chose. Uniquement l’odeur qui remonte parfois de la canalisation de la douche. Changer les poêles et rajouter une casserole serait une bonne initiative

Confortável mas precisa de alguns cuidados

O apto era grande e com uma cozinha muito boa. Igual às fotos mas um pouco mais velho. Tinha bons equipamentos na cozinha, sofá confortável, aquecimento muito bom. O espaço era realmente a melhor coisa da acomodação

Acomodação precisando de manutenção. A torneira da cozinha desencaixou, o porta papel higiênico tb. A máquina de lavar não secava e a função centrifugação estava quebrada. Minhas roupas ficaram todas completamente molhadas e não secavam de maneira alguma. Isso foi um stress durante a viagem. Ele deixou apenas 1 papel higiênico para a estadia. Tinha apenas 1 pano de prato na cozinha, coisa boba que da pra resolver facilmente… As toalhas não tinham cheiro de limpas e nem o cobertor. Comuniquei ao proprietário sobre a máquina de lavar mas ele disse que não tinha conhecimento disso e que iria resolver. Esses foram os pontos ruins.
