Definitely recommend this spacious apartment with very nice hosts

Big rooms, responsive host. Our kids loved the backyard which was a big unexpected plus

It could be a bit more decorated and it was a bit cold-which was temporarily fixed by the host. These were small things though

Spacious, near city centre, clean, and owner lives downstairs so it is very convenient.

We had a choked drain in the shower, but the owner called the plumber immediately and fixed it. Better drainage to collect hair would be great.

Overall we liked it very much and the price was fair.

The apartment is really nice and has everything, even coffee capsules! very roomy and quiet. 3 bedrooms so every one has space.

The location. In order to get to Annecy old city a car or public transportation has to be used. In order to get to the apartment there are stairs to climb with the luggage. there was an odd smell in the bedrooms.

On ne demande pas à ses clients de respecter le silence quand soi même on fait une fête avec des enfants qui crient, courent. Je l'avais vu dans d'autre commentaire effectivement ça se vérifie.

Είναι ένας πολύ άνετος χώρος για οικογένεια. Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, το ίδιο και το μπάνιο (το μόνο που δεν μας βόλεψε ήταν η λεκάνη που είναι σε ξεχωριστό χώρο από το κύριο μπάνιο). Επίσης το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ είναι πολύ χρήσιμο.

Vaste appartement au calme.

Appartement vaste et lumineux, à l'étage d'une maison. Quartier calme et silencieux mais en fait près de la gare d'Annecy (1km). C'est très propre et fonctionnel et tout le nécessaire est présent (même savon café thé) la literie est bonne on dort bien dans le calme.

Si on veut chipoter, il manque un porte manteau dans l'entrée.. Et le wifi est parfois un peu faible..

Appartement en très bon état, très bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire. Emplacement très proche de la gare SNCF et du centre ville d’Annecy. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Superbe !

Marina est très réactive ! L’appartement est très propre, les rues sont calmes (on se fait réveiller par les oiseaux le matin), à 20/25min à pieds du lac qu’on ne sent pas avec le beau temps qu’on a eu, en bonus il y a un magasin bio à 2min à pied !!! Nous étions 3, et c’était un confort d’avoir 3 chambres à chacun.
