Nice apartment, good communication with the manager

Property is very nice, great location. Communication with Margaret was excellent. The only two things that were not convenient were the parking and no air conditioning. The parking is limited and spaces are not assigned, so one might have to look for it elsewhere. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, fans didn’t compensate for this, which made it very difficult to sleep, but it’s our fault that we missed this fact while booking this place. Overall a good stay.

Appartment well equipped. Comfortable beds and big spaces

Not super clean. Missing toilet paper. First time one of us showered, all the water came out under the shower door and everything got flooded. They answered our message quite fast but they only passed by the next day wiith new towels and a product to clean the drainage when clearly they needed a plumber. We all had to shower with the minimum amount of water and taking care of not overflowing the shower floor.

Great sized apartment. Easy walk to the lake and the centre.

It would be great if some basics for cooking would be provided like in other holiday apartments. The shower is leaking and flooding the bathroom floor. The drying rack for clothes is old and broken.

Very good

Big & nicely equipped appartement. We stayed 10 days and didn't feel, that something is missing or uncomfortable. Bathtub with hydro massage was a lovely surprise. The appartement is 10 minutes walk from a lake, there is big supermarket just 5 minutes walk Very comfortable if you arrive by train. 10 minutes walk to the place WiFi worked perfect. It was important as me and my friend were teleworking Kitchen has everything for cooking.

1. The guy (Thomas) who was supposed to meet us, was 15 minutes late despite knowing precise arrival time. Its not a problem, but could be nicer to know in advance. We would prefer take a coffee at a terrace instead of waiting in front of the door. 2. When we entered the appartement, it smelled cigarettes and appartement was dirty (floor, windows, coffe machine with used bag, ashtray on the balcony, we also found later some dirty clothes ...). We indicated it, but he didn't suggest any solution 3. I wrote to the agency. They were not working on weekend, but responded very quickly on Monday and 2 women came to clean. I appreciate this quick reaction. Thank you 🙏 4. Appartement has big windows, that are dirty inside, so don't expect nice view. The ladies cleaned them as much as its possible, it became much better already, but the owner should consider replacement.

Location was excellent, 10 min easy walk to centre. Lovely modern kitchen, very comfortable beds, big walk-in shower.

Belle situation

La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour visiter Annecy à pied d'autant que le stationnement est possible sur le parking de la résidence. L'appartement est très spacieux. Le contact par email avec la conciergerie a été facile, les informations précises.

L'appartement est très sombre. Il est nécessaire d'avoir les lumières allumées en permanence. Heureusement les luminaires sont nombreux. Et nous préfèrerons toujours un contact humain plutôt que de devoir être à 4 pattes sur le trottoir pour récupérer ou restituer les clés dans une boîte au ras du sol !

Alles da, was man braucht

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, die Betten und die Schlafcouch sehr bequem. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine. Die Lage zum Zentrum und zum See ist sehr gut und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch zum Bahnhof und zum Busbahnhof war es nur ein Katzensprung. Ebenso zum Fahrradverleih. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und zeitnah. Der Parkplatz war für uns prima.

Die Sache mit der Kaution hat für etwas Verwirrung gesorgt. Hat sich aber nach ein paar Rückfragen geklärt. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist nicht ansprechend, die Fenster sind schön groß, aber auch nicht sehr sauber und teilweise schwer zu bedienen. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war okay. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, insbesondere auch die Toilette. Die Müllentsorgung mussten wir uns erst erschließen, da die gelbe Tonne nicht offensichtlich an dem ausgewiesenen Platz stand. Wir mussten einen Hausbewohner fragen. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel- wenn man sich für Unternehmungen trennen wollte, musste man sich deshalb gut absprechen.

Très bon choix pour un séjour sur Annecy !

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour se balader dans la ville d'Annecy et autour du lac à pieds. La possibilité de stationner notre voiture a été un gros plus. L'appartement est confortable avec draps et serviettes inclus. Les instructions de l'hôte sont très complètes, et le guide pour profiter d'Annecy bien appréciable.

Grand appartement, confortable, agréable. Emplacement proche du centre ville Parking privé Juste un petit bémol sur l'équipement de la cuisine : très belle et grande cuisine mais peut être 1-2 casseroles / poêles supplémentaires... Difficulté à ouvrir les fenêtres ds le séjour mais possibilité d'aérer via le balcon si besoin.

C est indépendant de la location, mais la seconde nuit énormément de bruit de la part des voisins avec très mauvaise insonorisation jusqu'à 2 h du matin Cris d enfants. Il s agissait d un samedi soir
