Amazing stay in a clean appartment with a friendly host just outside of the city

Other than the distance to Annecy centre, we would love to go back

Cleanliness, recently renovated, good equipment, nice views across the hills and fields, nice sunsets, two nice powerful showers, reactive owners when we contacted them for anything.

The location was a little further from Annecy old town and lake than WE would have preferred (our fault for not researching this well enough in advance). However, this is purely our preference Additionally there was only one parking space between 3 properties, so sometimes another guest “beat you to it”. As the street was quite narrow, it was a little difficult reversing out of it

En une phrase : cosy, confort, PROPRE, propriétaires charmants, on y retournera !

Gros coup de coeur pour la propreté (jamais nous avions eu l'occasion de réserver une location impeccablement propre !). La déco, le design et tous les équipements sont vraiment mimis et on sent beaucoup que les propriétaires on très à coeur de nous faire passer l'expérience la plus agréable possible, et c'est réussi ! L'appartement est tellement confortable qu'il nous était difficile de vouloir sortir !!!

Il y a peut-être un petit bémol mais nous n'en voulons en rien aux propriétaires car nous pensons que cela n'était lié qu'à une somme de facteurs mais la douche avait quelques odeurs lors de nos premières douches (comme du pipi de chat couplé à du vinaigre blanc) et l'aspirateur était rempli de poils de chat, confirmant notre hypothèse sur les odeurs des jours précédents, nous avons vidé et nettoyé l'aspirateur. C'est juste une information, cela peut arriver et en rien nous n'étions gêné ou en colère

Super logement quartier calme à 10 min en voiture du vieux Annecy ,facile à ce garer , propriétaire accueillant , propreté exceptionnel , logement fonctionnel il ne manque rien décoré avec goût allez-y les yeux fermés.

Super séjour, studio tout confort, moderne et rénové avec goût. Je recommande !

Le studio était super et les hôtes très disponibles par messages en cas de besoin. L'arrivée autonome grâce au digicode et coffre à clé est un vrai plus pour les arrivées tardives. Studio rénové avec goût, très propre et confortable. Tout est bien pensé, rangements, ustensiles de cuisines, petites attentions dans l'appartement à l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement :)

Des propriétaires sympas, discrets et disponibles. Logement neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour.

Pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir, prévoir un masque pour se préserver de la lumière au petit jour

Un appartement où tout est soigné, pratique et confortable. Parfaitement conçu. Parfaitement accueilli par les propriétaires avec une surprise touchante pour le petit déjeuner du dernier jour. Jamais je n’ai eu de telles prestations sur aucune autre location alors que je voyage beaucoup, statut Genius sur Booking.

Un agréable séjour

Le studio est vraiment cocooning, très propre et fonctionnel. Les matériaux sont design, le matelas est confortable. Frederick et Marie Annick sont super gentils

L’emplacement est un peu loin de tout. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. Sinon l’endroit est vraiment calme.

Appartement excentré du centre ville mais au calme avec stationnement facile. Idéal avec un véhicule mais à pied vous serez un peu loin du centre.

Excellent appartement pour 3 à 4 personnes

Avons séjourné pour 3 nuits dans ce T2 tout neuf, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très chaleureux, très calme. Propriétaires très disponibles. A refaire avec grand plaisir ! Bravo pour les travaux et merci pour votre accueil !!

Parfait

Un petit cocon avec une très belle décoration, une literie exceptionnelle. Très bien situé à 10 min à peine du centre ville, dans une rue très calme aucun bruit la nuit. Les propriétaires sont adorables et accueillant, tout est bien pensé pour vous accueillir. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette location, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous sommes de passage dans le coin.
