If your car is big, don’t book.
Average. Not sure I was talking to ai or human being. But timely response to my questions.
The way to the car park is too narrow and steep. My rental car is Volvo xc60, and it is not too big. Its wheel got scratched both on the way in and out of the car park.

Beautiful flat, concierge could be better
The flat itself was lovely, clean and well taken care of. Good facilities with coffee machine and pods, a fan for a hot evening and tv/towels, great amenities
Unfortunately I was given the wrong code to access the building repeatedly and the lift broke down, which meant walking up 5 levels and carrying heavy luggage down at the end of my stay. I was also given instructions on clearing the flat at the end of my stay which didn’t list any bin instructions (just a placeholder)

Le logement correct cependant les informations transmises en amont etaient insuffisantes.
Nous n'avons pas été informé de l'etage où se trouvait l'appartement. Nous avons dû aller tester les coffres fort de chaque appartement à chaque étage ! Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 et avions aucune envie de passer 1/2 heure à faire cela ! Nous n'avons pas trouvé de place pour se garer alors que nous avions compris qu'il y avait un parking mais pas d'indication.

Un bon appartement, à découvrir.
L appartement est nickel ! Très propre et agréable.
Il manque une armoire et l accès au parking n est vraiment pas pratique. Il faut prendre une rampe en acier très étroite. Cela m'a coûté un enjoliveur !

Appartement très bien situé. Idéal si on veut profiter du centre d'Annecy
Déjà, j'ai apprécié que tout se soit passé correctement en ce qui concerne l'accès au logement (digicode, boîte à clés, télécommande parking). La chronologie dans la marche à suivre pour l'accès au logement a été respectée via des mails successifs. Le logement est très agréable, bien agencé, bien équipé, propre et confortable (bonne literie), avec en plus une place de parking. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable !!! Bon rapport, via SMS, avec le propriétaire.
J'ai beaucoup moins apprécié l'immeuble en lui-même et les nombreux mégots qui jonchent le sol sur le trottoir devant l'entrée. L'accès au local poubelle est assez sale. J'aurais aimé aussi avoir un vrai échange téléphonique avec le propriétaire.

Séjour agréable - ne pas hésiter à contacter la conciergerie pour toute demande.
L'appartement est tout neuf et joliment décoré. Situé à 1/4 d'heure à pied de la vieille ville.
la rampe d'accès au parking pour garer la voiture. Etroite et il vaut mieux une voiture un peu haute pour ne pas toucher le bas de caisse à l'arrivée...
