Convenient place to stay
Convenient location and spacious living space with nice size outdoor space
Too much stuff around that belonged to owners in the bedrooms. Personally I prefer it if it’s not so obvious I’m staying in someone’s place and they are simply not around at the same time.

Well located roof top flat with views across Annecy from the terrace.
Roof top, 2x terraces, aircon, spacious, 10min walk from Annecy old town, secure parking, small supermarket across the road.
Comfy seating for only 3 people. Flat should be much cleaner. Clearer instructions on the location of the underground parking and refuse disposal would be beneficial.

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment with underground parking.
Easy to get to. Parking in a secure underground garage, which was great for us as we had travelled with bikes etc.

الموقع الموقع الموقع ووجود سوبرماركت مقابل للشقه وكذلك الباركينج ممتاز وامن
اغراض صاحب السكن الشخصيه متكدسه في المكان بدون ترتيب تعطي احساس انك تسكن عند صديق او جار وليس بسكن اجازه واستجمام كذلك لايوجد الا مرحاض واحد فقط على الرغم من وجود ثلاث دورات مياه وارجوا النظر في السرير لانه يصدر اصوات مزعجه

Zeer schoon en heerlijk relaxed appartement
Het appartement is groot en netjes. De wifi is erg goed en de balkons zijn mooi ruim waardoor je lekker van het terras kunt genieten. Er is een garage bij het appartement waar je jouw auto kunt parkeren. Voor de deur parkeren is gratis en daar is altijd wel een plekje te vinden. We hadden wat moeite met het aanzetten van de vaatwasser, maar na kort contact (via whatsapp) met de eigenaar was dat verholpen.
Het appartement ligt wel iets buiten het centrum dus als je met kleine kinderen bent, dien je nog met de auto naar de stad te gaan. De parkeergarage onder het appartement heeft een lage doorrijhoogte (lager dan 2 meter) wat het met een dakkoffer lastig maakt om binnen te komen. Als alternatief kun je gratis in de straat parkeren. Het appartement heeft wel heel erg veel spullen waardoor je goed moet opletten dat je zelf niks vergeet.

Appartement calme et bien placé.
L'emplacement était vraiment top, et la vue de l'appart génial. Le parking couvert un gros plus.
À part le ménage qui n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée et sale dû à des personnes irrespectueuses avant nous. L'equipe de ménage a été très réactive. Le lave vaisselle en panne et les accessoires pour faire la cuisine vraiment abîmés. Certains oreillers sont à jeter.
