There was no parking space when we arrived

There was no parking space as expected, stains on sofa, lack of cooking and dishes, noises from neighbours and lift.

Don’t bank on being able to park at the garage.
I truly enjoyed the apartment. It was beautiful and in a great location downtown. We were able to walk to a local bakery and coffee shop each morning for breakfast as well as enjoy the festivities downtown within a five minute walk. It was an overall pleasant place to stay.
The address provide for the destination of the apartment was not correct. We had to call the host concierge to get the correct one after pulling over in the downtown area. The host concierge was not able to provide the key to the garage for us to park. We ended up parking at an alternative garage and had to pay 23.50 Euros for the stay. We submitted the receipts and our IBAN for the parking bill, but have not been recouped. In addition to this the apartment above us through a big party. Normally this would not be an issue but the party went through 4 a.m. the next morning. The apartment host states quiet hours start at 10 p.m. so understandably we were a little upset when the party went into the next morning. Loud screaming and shouting the entire time. Outside this, everything else was fine.

La déco , l’espace , le confort L’emplacement , le calme , l’accueil sympathique.
J’aurais mis 10 mais certains oreillers et le canapé du salon ne sont vraiment pas propres, dommage car c’est facilement remédiable.

Très Bon séjour grâce à la beauté de la ville d'Annecy et du Lac .
Le style de l'appartement , la décoration est très belle. Le balcon sur toute la largeur , la vue panoramique sur les montagnes et la ville . Très bien équipé .
Appartement qui donne sur la rue , bruyant le matin et souvent la nuit. Salle de bain et baignoire minuscule , mal équipée et mal éclairée .
