Localisation idéale pour aller dans le Viel Annecy à pied, ainsi qu’autour du lac. Studio bien isolé et rénové. Il est appréciable d’avoir une machine à laver et un espace pour étendre le linge en extérieur. Résidence calme durant notre séjour,
Quelques prises dysfonctionnent, serrure difficile pour ouvrir le logement. La vue sur la gare n’est pas la meilleure.

Situation géographique proche de la gare et du centre ville. Solution hébergement adaptée pour un très court séjour pas forcément pour des vacances détente.
Travaux dans l'immeuble. Equipements appartement à compléter (bols pour le petit déjeuner, couteaux "qui coupent"), casseroles). Qualité et propreté du linge de lit et serviettes de toilette moyenne (les draps non repassés ne garantissent pas un linge lavé et changé).
