Lots of space , there was a lift , close to bus & train , close to the old city area & canals The bed was comfortable , bed side tables , plenty of storage for clothes , toiletries were suitable Supermarket below us at street level There is a key operated safe Quiet at night

Not being given the entrance instructions before we arrived - we had to ask when we arrived , the lockbox instructions need to be updated - there is one lockbox at the end of the lane , but the lockbox is actually on the fence half way down the lane , there are 5 lockboxes , and ours wasn't the last as described No air conditioning or fans Having our 400Euro damage deposit held for a month ?? and the process of taking photos of everything when you arrive . The deposit had to be made 48 hours prior to arriving . Sofa bed wasn't a comfortable lounge to sit on The kitchen needs some small knives for vegetables etc ,a pair of tongs , and a tea pot for those of us that don't drink coffee . Exhaust fan over the stove doesn't work very well , the oven needs cleaning - not that we used it , freezer needs defrosting

Super emplacement, tout prêt de tout. Belle copropriété, appartement très joli et très bien équipé.

Seul petit bémol, rue bruyante.

- Good location, right above a supermarket and bakery. - Secure apartment, good level of security.

- Very hot at night, would benefit greatly from an air-con install. Windows open helps, but then the noise is ridiculous. Street noise, as posted by other reviews, is pretty unpleasant, many drunks yelling throughout the night. Linen and bed quailty I would rate as low-medium, well worn and thin. For the price I wouldn't stay again, I would spend a little more to get a better place.

We were appreciative that we had someone meet to let us in early for checkin. We dropped our bags and went out to explore. The facilities are great for cooking and close to everything.

We booked this accommodation due to location and the bikes included for free. When we arrived and I had checked about the bikes, they couldn't be used for the first day due to being broken. They got someone to fix them that day and were ready by the second day so we changed our itinerary to meet this change. Unfortunately this was the hottest most comfortable stay we had in Europe, they needed a fan in the room. The room and facilities are excellent, but due to the summer heat you have to have the windows open as there is no fan, and due to the intense noise of this street you don't get any sleep :( So you either don't sleep or sweat all night. I have suggested they get a fan.
