L'appartement est très propre, il a tous les équipements nécessaires et une grande télé. L'emplacement est idéale : à exactement 1 min à pied du lac, sur le canal, en plein milieu de tout ce qu'il y a de plus beau à voir.
Comme c'est un vieux immeuble, l'appartement manque de la lumière du jour.
