Located in the heart of Annecy, this nice and modern studio can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is perfect in order to visit the city by foot.

Our apartment decorated with taste, is on the 2nd and last floor (with elevator) and consists of a living space of 40 sq. m. It includes :
- a bright living space with double bed and comfortable sofa-bed,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, toaster, dish washer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- TV and WIFI,
- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, baby-bed and high chair.
2 bikes are at your disposal for free.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of the city, this flat is perfect to visit Annecy by foot. It will just take you 5 min to reach the old city and visit the Palais de l’Île or the Castle. In 10 min, you will be able to stroll around the Europe Gardens and enjoy the calm of the lake. The nice Albigny Beach is only 25 min away by foot. At last, if you want to ski, La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski stations are 26 km away.
