Poor hygiene and rude hostess. A complete disaster.

To start things up, the morning before my arrival I was informed that the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 p.m., claiming that she will clean the apartment after she finished her work something that is completely outrageous. I mean if you’re not capable of hosting people to your property the proper way don’t make a business like this. When we entered the apartment we encountered the view of a poorly cleaned space with dirty walls, dust on the lights and inside the kitchen cupboards. The space outside the apartment was also in bad condition with dust and leaves outside of the door. The bed sheets were missing and there was only a distressed fabric placed in the mattress. The one bed sheet left for the sofa bed and the bed coverings of the bed were not iron and I strongly doubt if they were even cleaned. The sofa bed was not even opened and placed properly. There was an intense food odor all over the house. The hand soap and the body wash were used and the bottles were drained. The worst thing is that when I contacted the hostess via Booking telling her the terrible and unhygienic condition that her apartment was, she answered me that I was rude and that was insulting her. The funny thing is that I never talked to her in a bad language and I was calm and polite despite the fact that I had fallen for a scam. She even blackmailed me that she will report me to booking. Plus, the key was placed in a locker outside of the apartment next to the public trash bin. I overall had the worst experience and I strongly advise you to AVOID BOOKING THIS APARTMENT because it’s a scam and has nothing to do with the photos posted, otherwise you will end up like me trying to reach booking at 10 p.m. and trying to find a solution. 0/10 stars.

Great place, but some things can improve

The location of the apartment is fantastic, 15 min walk to the main attractions of Annecy. Comfortable, good space and practical.

We had our baby with us, they provided a travel crib,but which was not set up when we arrived late at night. The baby crib was in a very bad condition, dirty, stained, seemed broken, so we put the baby to sleep on the sofa bed luckily. The apartment was quite cold inside, maybe they could warm a bit before people get in. They could provide some tea bags (basic) that every place has. There were only 3 coffees.

Very well equipped, spacious, so clean, short walk into the old Annecy.

We didn’t receive information on how to get into the apartment until we were standing outside the block and phoned the owner. This vital information should be sent at least the day before.

Notre hôtesse a été très agréable, tres arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ et les explications étaient on ne peut plus claires et précises. Le logement très propre, très fonctionnel et tres bien équipé. Un séjour magique en famille !!! Merci encore à Audrey. Stéphanie

Un tout petit bof pour les oreillers ...mais vraiment pour deux nuits ce ́n'était pas non plus un gros problème.

Très beau séjour à Annecy !

Le logement est vraiment joli, bien décoré ! Il est également très bien situé, à 20min à pied du centre donc on peut tout faire à pied ! L'hôte a été très disponible et réactive pour répondre à nos questions, c'était un super séjour, Annecy c'est magnifique !

Le parking gratuit de la résidence est petit et c'était assez compliqué de trouver une place disponible donc on devait payer les places de parking dans la rue quand il n'y avait pas de dispo dans le parking de la résidence 😕

Le stationnement pas pratique , les premiers arrivés ont de la place et ensuite il faut trouver dans la rue, donc nombre limité de places.

Joli appartement très propre

Appartement charmant décoré avec goût. Assez proche du vieux Annecy, à pieds 20 min environ. Stationnement possible dans la rue payant mais abordable. Propreté irréprochable, remarquable. Le petit moins : certaines casseroles n'étaient pas compatibles avec les plaques induction.
