Independent bathroom with tub-shower fitted with a thermostatic mixer. Automatic washing machine.
Independent bedroom with double bed.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small new 4-storey building in a small private lane very close to the historic center of old Annecy:
Access to the tourist center on foot in 10 minutes.
Shops: 300m from a supermarket.
Access to the lake in 20 minutes on foot.

Deposit check, 500 €, requested at reception, not withdrawn.
Tourist tax of the city of Annecy: 0.70 € / person + 18 years / night.

Je suis satisfait de ma location. L'appartement correspondait à la description et était très bien situé. En plus il était bien équipé. Dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville, quinze minutes pour aller au lac, c'était très bien pour nous. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ils sont à notre écoute. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement très confortable avec parking sécurisé. Dommage que la rue soit un peu bruyante dans la journée. La proximité du centre de la vieille ville est un vrai plus. A peine 15 mn à pieds.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux. Le + : un parking privé, résidence sécurisée. Tout près de la vieille ville (moins de 10 mn à pied). L'accueil fait par les propriétaires qui sont très sympathiques.

La location était proche du centre ville, accessible au lac par un sentier piétonnier, Intermarché à proximité. Le stationnement pour notre véhicule au pied de l'immeuble sur un parking privé était très appréciable. Le logement était correct.

Mes amies et moi-même avons été très bien accueillis par Mr et Mme Richard. L'appartement est très beau et propre, dans un quartier assez calme et à un quart d'heure du centre-ville (Bonlieu) avec ce qui faut autour pour faire les courses. La terrasse est plutôt spacieuse où on peut faire l'apéro tranquille! :) Bref, merci à vous car nous avons eu un très bon séjour. Au plaisir!
