A good two night stay, centrally located. As with many apartments no air conditioning, which might not be ideal in extreme heat.

We were welcomed by Michel very friendly and were pleased with the apartment. Everything was there and it was cozy. The quietness was amazing and therefor we had a good sleep. Location excellent!

Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!

Quite small but very nice. Could do with a spruce up, but there is nothing wrong with what you get. Very close to everything and everywhere you want.

Good points : - close to the train station and every shop or market for groceries. -close to the lake and the old city. -the flat is hot. -the owner is available for every questions you might have but...only by messages. -kitchen ustensiles available : oven, microwave, coffee machine, 'raclette maker'. Negative points : - no direct contact with the owner, we would have loved to meet the owner. -really bad isolation for the noise, you can hear how loud the neighbors are. -many things were broken in the house when we arrived such as : clogged sink in the toilet, broken toilet seat, kitchen faucet broken. -some yellow spots found on bed sheets and duvet. Overall, we liked the flat and we might come back. Thank you again.

The property was very clean and the kitchen was a nice size for a European kitchen. There are three different machines for coffee, so there are options. The apartment is nicely decorated with a modern decor. The apartment could use a few minor repairs but was fine for the weekend.

The location is perfect. Close to the train station, main square, lake and there's a small grocery store across the street. Very quiet unit and street. No AC but we just recently stayed (Aug 2022) with temps in high 20s low 30s and had no issue. Michel has everything you need here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The town was amazing and the place was a very short walk to restaurants and the lake. Great location! The place was very nice! The bed was a bit too hard for our liking but it was still a great stay!

A very good location for walking everywhere. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and Michel was a very pleasant host. Would recommend for two people who are average height and weight. If you’re very tall the bed could be an issue. Bring soap and shampoo, but there’s a nice supermarket right across the street. Overall a great stay!

Un appartement idéalement situé, plein centre, commerces, places de parking (hors saison nous n'avons eu aucun mal à trouver une place juste devant la porte tous les jours, payant). Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement en tous points fidèle aux photos. Il est très bien aménagé, la cuisine est bien équipée et il est idéalement placé au centre d'Annecy, afin de visiter la ville à pieds. Seul bémol: le ménage. Plusieurs endroits de l'appartement n'avaient pas été très bien nettoyés (salle de bain, table, miettes sur les chaises...), ce n'est pas rassurant en temps de covid. Cependant, hormis cela, nous avons passé un très bon week-end, nous remercions l'hôte et recommandons chaleureusement ce logement !

Beau studio, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné. La question du parking est vite résolue en prenant un abonnement à un parking sous terrain proche (hôtel de ville par exemple car juste à côté du lac et avec des places assez larges).
