It's a cute apartment right in the old center of Annecy. It's fully equipped with a kitchen and housed a family of 3 very easily. In the French Summer heat we especially appreciated the *very quiet* fans that kept us cool all night.
Some places in the apartment were not clean, e.g. we found a towel under the sofa bed and the dish washer smelled of old dishes when we opened it.

Central location, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Fans kept us cool, dishwasher and TV in working order.
There is no WIFI in this apartment. There is no router and the network in the manual does not exist. I contacted the manager, but he did not resolve this during our stay.
