Appartement propre agréable et refait à neuf ! Très bien situé, proche lac et vieille Annecy dans rue piétonne. Linge de maison fourni et ménage compris dans location ce qui est une charge en moins pour profitez jusqu'au bout ! Bon rapport qualité/prix .
Manquait 1 ou 2 commodités pour notre arrivée tardive tel que papier toilette et 1ou 2 dosettes café aurait été appréciable.

Très bien situé Fonctionnel Bien chauffé
Système de balon d'eau chaude handicapant, nécessite beaucoup d'attente pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Ménage insuffisant Canapé lit ne convient pas aux adultes (enfants oui sans probleme)
