Excellent location and apartment, poor management company and bad smell needs checking upstairs.

Excellent location, quiet and has a lot of space and comfortable beds/seats. Fans were great as it was hot at night when we needed to close windows. We would not hesitate to stay here again if not for below things we didn't like.

The smell upstairs. We are lucky we didn't need to use the upstairs bedroom as the smell was awful the first night (we got in very late). We thought maybe it was just damp so we aired it out completely the first day, but the smell came back in the evening (like sewerage). We slept downstairs because of this (on the couch and in the second bedroom). The host company didn't reply at all except when I queried the late charge they DID NOT have on the listing until AFTER I told them the late fee was not in there when we booked. We were charged anyway. The local host did not reply about the smell and the host company would not acknowledge it and only response we got was to shut door on way out. No info on WHERE to put rubbish (said take with you?!). Very few toilet rolls and no washing supplies and supermarket decent walk away. So basically it is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location, but the management company is doing a very poor job and I would be concerned about the smell upstairs. We aired out the whole place everyday.

Vacances parfaites à Annecy

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce très agréable appartement idéalement situé au coeur de la vieille ville, donc très proche d'une multitude de restaurants et bars. L'appartement est très bien équipé en matériel de cuisine et dispose d'une machine à laver. Nous étions 4 et avions bien de la place. 3e étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble, très calme. Il y a un parking public en-dessous de l'immeuble (Ste-Claire), mais qui n'est pas très propre et les places sont assez étroites. Nous avons laissé notre voiture au parking de l'hotel de ville (8mn à pied), bien plus grand et plus facile quand on a une grande voiture. La ville (restaurants, commerces, et vieux centre très bien préservé) et la région valent vraiment le détour. Assez extraordinaire d'avoir la montagne et la plage (lac) juste à coté. Température du lac en jullet/août 25° : génial ! Enfin la Fête du Lac chaque début du mois d'août est vraiment extraordinaire (plus d'1h de feu d'artifice + spectacle avec 300 drones). Nous reviendrons certainement !

Séjour agréable ,localisation nickel propreté et inconfort , qui nous ont gâché un peu les vacances

emplacement rêvé, bien sécurisé, appartement qui correspond bien à la photo, l'hôte était très sympathique .Calme , on peut tout faire à pied.

la literie, très inconfortable , escalier raide pour une personne qui a des problèmes de hanches ou autre..., la propreté, nous avons lavé les housses de couette pour dormir, car elles ne sentaient pas bon , 2 rouleaux de papier toilette vide derrière les toilettes, complètement trempés, l'hôte à ramassé un carton de yaourt qui traînait dans la poubelle devant moi dans la cuisine , aucune housse de protection sur les oreillers qui sont jaunis par la transpiration, c'est ce qui nous a le plus dérangé, le code wifi, devrait être inscrit quelque part, car nous avons dû demander à un de nos petits enfants de retourner les bas des box et de prendre une photo, car c'était illisible , pas pratique du tout ..l'ascenseur à des problèmes d'ouverture et fermeture des portes. Obligé de se garer dans le parking payant , aucune place de libre.

L'emplacement, le calme complet dans l'immeuble, l'équipement, le parking certes payant mais au sous-sol. Les boulangeries à 200m à pieds. J'y retournerai sans problème

Rien. C'est râler pour râler, la porte de l'ascenseur qui avait du mal à se fermer😀
