Le principal atout du logement est clairement sa localisation ainsi que son exposition, avec un soleil le matin sur le balcon, très agréable. Animaux accepté.
La propreté était correcte sans être irréprochable : ce n’était pas vraiment sale, mais pas parfaitement propre non plus. Les lits sont confortables, sans plus, et la décoration reste assez simple. Il semble qu’il y ait eu un dégât des eaux, car la porte de l’une des chambres s’ouvre et se ferme difficilement, ce qui peut être contraignant la nuit pour aller aux toilettes sans réveiller tout le monde, par exemple.

L'emplacement. La situation par rapport à la gare
Ascenseur en panne, appartement poussiéreux, balcon non entretenu, pas de chauffage d'appoint, TV non réglable (son), la Conciergerie du Lac ne garde pas les bagages avant le train, 1 seul verre à eau

Comfortable apartment in an inner-city area within walking distance of the lake, department store, and the lovely pedestrianised colourful old Annecy. Good shower, and beds.
Tricky to keep the flat cool in the high temperatures we've had, as there is no a/c, only fans.

Le calme , l'ascenseur
L'état de la douche à refaire ...joints noirs . La porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui grince et si on sort on réveille tout le monde juste un petit entretien suffirait. Le prix est excessif pour une nuit 270 eur....
